Wait times are long and unnecessary considering they have a slot for premade pizzas though none are ever there. Staff is unhelpful I ordered a individual pizza with breadsticks, did not order a drink. Total came out higher than normal so I inquired about it. I was informed that adding the drink lowers the price by over a dollar. This is not something I should have to ask about an establishment that cares about customer service would inform you before paying wasted money...

This location has 11 signs posted for getting rewards, once you get 60 points you can order a free 2 topping pizza. Well they refused to honnor that and said that they wont redeem the free pizza. After I ordered all 6 over 10 dallor pizza from this location. They said it becuase they cant make the pizza, yet I can order a non free med 2 topping and they will make...
