Today is the universal knights ticket distribution, and the store is very busy. However, as a manager at a place very similar to this one, there needs to be coaching on how you can and can’t talk to customers when your associates are stressed. My friend mobile ordered for my group and it has taken over an hour and we are still waiting for the food from our order. But that’s not a problem and I expected that. The problem is that when the name on the order got called for drinks, this is what a received(photo attached) and when i said that im sorry to be a bother but this is just not right, the worker pictured outwardly said i was lying and that i waited to long to get it so the cold foam melted. If this is the case, and the cup was originally full, wouldn’t there be cold foam remnants on the lid? When i finally got through to her, kinda, that i wasn’t lying and wasn’t leaving just because she thinks i was, she put so little that it was very obvious how intentional her small portion was. Again, I completely understand the staff being overwhelmed and I put a lot of the blame on the manager and whoever made the schedule that decided to only put 3 people to open the store on an event day. The whole store needs to obviously support their team more and value their staff so that they don’t get to their breaking point and blow up on customers like they did with me. If the associate gave me attitude or even said they couldn’t fill it because i had already touched the cup or really anything, I would be fine, however, when you outwardly call me a lair, that’s where it’s a problem for me. Something needs to change in that store because 1. no customer should have to deal with this and 2. no associate should have to work like that....
Read moreThere is a sign on the bathroom stating it is only for paying customers. We paid. I asked for the keys just to wash my hands, that's it. All of sudden, both the bathrooms are broken. They told me go across the street. I asked if they at least have hand sanitizer, they say no - go across the street. A whole joke. All i wanted to do was wash my hands before eating. Maybe just put up a sign that says the bathroom isn't for public use instead of lying. I understand a location at a university has to be careful about people using the restroom, but it's pretty crazy a paying customer can't use it.
The food itself was okay. I got a ham and cheese croissant that was burn on top but still edible. I got a kiwi and watermelon lemonade refresher which was really good. Which is the only reason i'm giving this experience more...
Read moreMultiple instances of disappointment: Despite being open late at night, this DOUGHNUT establishment does not have doughnuts within two hours of closing. This particular establishment changed its hours recently without notice on their social media or other outlets to at least 6 hours before the original closing time. Filled doughnuts at this store are much less than filled. I am used to the customary half-fill standard, but I had a doughnut from here that had literally less than a grape's worth of filling, so the filling hole was pretty much cosmetic and the doughnut was left to be dry and severely disappointing, just as my...
