Not what it used to be (at other location). My coffee was luke warm. Atmosphere is uncomfortable. Coffee fixing table is terrible. No more sugar in the raw, the only creamer available is garbage powdered creamer. No prices on the menu, no coffee on the menu. And the older lady who chased away the helpful employee, to give me the creamer I had to ask for, had a look on her face that made me feel like an imposition. Well, maybe that's my assumption, but she certainly didn't do anything to make me feel welcome. And I got half n half...the whole reason I go to shops like this is because I like MILK in my coffee...R.I.P mad coffee, was once my fav
**Update: wonderful apology from the owner. Defended themselves and attacked my complaints. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Hard to believe your staff is always characteristically friendly with a hostile reply from the owner. And for the record, There were no prices on the menu when I went. There was no sugar in the raw when I went. @ And what, nothing to say about serving room temp coffee?! Who wants to pay for warm coffee? Its mad! Your business IS coffee, you failed to provide it satisfactory and then attacked a customer who complained about. What happens when we continue, as consumers, to support these...

Got a croissan'wich, which was good, if a little odd considering they used sliced hard-boiled egg instead of fried or scrambled. The bacon was nice and crispy (but not overcooked) and the croissant was soft and flaky. Oh wait, they DID have strudel bagels, but only after a handful of bags of bagels were brought to the front(half of which were just store bought, half of which might be home made?), and only after they were smell tested by the guy manning the front.
I gotta say, this was one of the more bizarre experiences I've had ordering breakfast. Whoever is running the place opens it up way too late for breakfast/coffee, don't know their own menu, doesn't make sure important items are stocked for the next day, and doesn't update their hours on Google (it wasn't until I sat down to wait on my sandwich that I saw on the BACK of the door, the open time for Saturday, handwritten, as 930). It's got the mad-hatter theme going on inside with the decor, which is actually kind of neat, but then they're playing country music on the stereo.
Like I said, bizarre. Good...
