Last night we ordered a 10 piece mcnugget with fries and the promo giving us a free big Mac. We weren't told which window and waited at the first window a couple of minutes before moving to the second window and waiting for 5 minutes because we couldn't see anyone in the first window. We waited at the second window for about 10 min before someone handed our food to the person behind us who had a dog that I saw put its nose in the bag. The people handed it back and didn't tell anyone that it may have been ours as they were loud and honking. The manager who was heavy set with a pony tail came to the second window yelling at someone about the window we were at handed us the ripped open bag. I proceeded to tell him that the dog was all in the bag he took it back we waited for like a minute and he handed it back to us with the top of the bag rolled closed. To me it was too short of time to make sure the food was replaced. We came home and threw it all away and wasted about 30 minutes of our time there and $10. This is unacceptable and as a Manger this would have never happened...
Read moreIncredibly Horrible 'Customer Service' from the so called manger, who gave the name of 'Chris'... When I got there, they had me pull up to the window when I gave my mobile app code, the manager looked at my code and verified the order and even said that I am at the location and didn't understand why I didn't show up on his screen. The manager himself even told me he was not a fan of the app , then told me if I wanted my order I would have to repay, even though I told him that it was paid for and showed him the proof and he verified it. He then began to get extremely rude with me and walked away while I was talking to him, simply asking why he's acting rude when I was just there to pick up my order. He then said that there's nothing he can do and close the window on me and walked away. The worst service I ever had their, I will not go back and I will let my family and friends know...
Read moreVisited this location 12/29/2021 between 12pm and 12:30pm... Food was as expected after we got the rest of our order.... However... The manager on duty... April, is HORRIBLE! Talking down to and not helping a very frustrated and busy cashier(she stated she was new as she seemed very confused) is no way to manage a team. Then rolling her eyes and talking down to me after SHE handed me the wrong order. The cashier managed to get it correct on her end inspite of no help from the manager. Literally telling me "well I don't know what you want" ... which was just what I paid for... I know times are tough and we are ALL short handed but having people like April work for you is just not worth it. I seriously hope the cashier quits before her shift is over today. They should all walk out and leave that B** April to figured it out. Disgusting customer service...
