Not sure it's Alamosa in general or the store but waiting in a drive through for 40 mins is unacceptable. Starbucks has invented an app to prevent this. You can indeed order via the app, earn rewards for doing so, and merely drive through to pick up the order. No waiting to pay, waiting for them to make it-such an easy and fast process if everyone merely used the tech.
