Dear sweet baby Jesus, what has happened to you, Starbucks?
I placed a mobile order and stopped in to pick it up seven minutes later. I saw that one my two drinks was ready. I stood at the counter and watched, assuming that the second one would be coming shortly since one was already there. A couple of drinks appeared, but not mine. One of the people making drinks then put a drink with no sticker on the counter, disappeared, then reappeared on the other side of the counter, took the drink, and walked out the door. I'm not sure why an employee is taking the time to make a personal drink when paying customers are waiting in line (there was a group of us), but even if it was legit, it's pretty bad optics.
A few more drinks come out, and then I ask if I should be worried that one of my drinks has been ready for some time without the other one appearing. I show them my order and get told "we are doing the frappucinos now". Pretty sure mine got priority treatment after that, but it still appeared at least nine minutes after the first drink had been ready.
I get that making like products at the same time can be faster, but you can't do that when it results in splitting an order up that badly.
Then to top it off, the dude didn't put the affogato shot on. After as long as it took and as many people were still waiting, I just took it and left. Y'all owe me a...
Read moreWell today I went to get my usual coffee and you would not believe this I never look at my receipt but I noticed for the last couple of days my drink was a dollar more come to find out the cashier was helping him self to an extra dollar I go there every day and I just so happen to throw my receipts on the floor board 😂 so I looked at the last 10 purchases and guess what 8 times I was charged an extra dollar as a tip when confronted the kid he said he was the manager and said it was mistake he was very rude 🙄 and when I showed him others receipts he shut the drive thru window on me I couldn't go in I was late for work being that I'm a server I will find out his name and post it on all social media apps so other don't get scammed it's just a dollar but how many other people is he doing this to and then when confronted he had no remorse and acted like I was wrong this took place at the Alamosa main store according to my receipt it was around 730 am buyer beware our community is...
Read moreThis Starbucks is like most Starbucks. Yummy, but overpriced and understocked. When we pulled up, we asked for a certain panini, only to be told that they were completely out of any chicken paninis. I understand the shortage of products, so that did not upset me. What upset me was the fact that when we asked for the next option, we were told they also did not have that. Please just tell people before they guess everything you don't have what you actually do have available. It would be easier for everyone involved. Anyway, the paninis we were finally able to order were a good size, and pretty tasty. The coffee of course was good. The price, true to Starbucks everywhere, was highly exorbitant. We got two mochas, nothing special on them and two paninis and paid over $30, which I just don't understand. It may not have been a mistake, but still does not encourage us to go back...
