I want to give them more stars but after too many mistakes on a simple burrito I just can't. I stumbled upon this glorious Gas Station burrito haven whilst getting gas a month ago. I've probably ordered 6 Carne asada burritos now. The first burrito was the best, the second was a mistake I order the wheat tortilla and it was wrapped in flour, I said heck no biggie ill get another one. I tried the online ordering for easy pick up. Third burrito, I always omit sour cream, bite into my burrito, aww man sour cream. Again no biggie, order again , no sour everytime. Pick it up, was hoping to love my burrito and then sigh, sour effing cream again. I was sad, very sad. I was hoping this last time they'd fix it , I didn't mention anything when I picked up my last burrito just a few days ago because I don't want to be "that guy" so I ordered my last burrito on 1/11/2021 ordered thru their online system. I picked it up hoping and wishing it was like my first. No sour cream per usual, bite into it , what do you know, sour cream and not only that the rice was underdone, and the whole thing inedible. I'm like what did I ever do to deserve this effed up burrito? Do these people not give af about people who would have likely become a reg? Ay ya, I'm done , I'm over it never...
Read morei have been going here for along time the food is really good lots of options to choose from however for a first time customer it is very confusing as to what to do and then on top of it the staff should be a little more clear as to what to do how to order and where to pay (see below if u have never been here). the staff is a little rude and standoffish probably due to thefact they are working in a gas station and its early morning that being said this company has good product and good price its may not to die for but if ur looking for a change in ur early morning routine go ahead and give these guys a try u wont be disapointed. i feel as tho the burrito factory would do well to spread their wings and move to a location all their own.
new customers: go in to the gas station walk up to the burrito factory place your order take your receipt to the cashier working the gas station pay for it there wait around till they call ur order take the other copy of your receipt that says you paid and give it to the people at the...
Read moreThe native there is so well organized and is so kind to everyone. The cooks I'm not too sure about. When you order the cashier is courteous and patient. You order they give your order a number, then pay at the Cheveron counter with whatever you need from the store. You wait for your number and they have limited seating where you can either sit n eat or take your food with you.the burrito is a pretty good size, not too big and not too small. You get the option of having your salsa and cream cheese inside the burrito or grab some salsa and hot sauce or taco sauce. I love the fact that they hired a native american woman to be on the front where everyone can see her hard at work. Quyanna! (Thank you!") For the best breakfast burrito iv had in town! Your cooks may look sketchy but man you picked the right people who know how to cook and the best person to present your food. We will be back for more soon and I will tell everyone the good news...
