Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Alaska

I must say from the owners quick response to my simple Four Star no comment rating I have to upgrade this to a five-star and give my entire feedback they had my food hot ready quick easy you come with them lunch hours food is there the people behind the counter very friendly unfortunately if you walk in there with a stick of your butt you will get treated like you should so it is nothing against the company for anyone wants to one star reviews on any aspect other than the person that was purchasing the food came in there with a disgruntled attitude and I get that because why you mirror what you are so if you walk in there with a poor attitude you're going to get poor service walk in there with a smile feeling this courtesy understanding that they are a restaurant that sometimes have rush hours you'll be treated with the respect you deserve thank you very much for your response Mr manager and I will continue to enjoy your guyses hot and ready opportunities as well as all the new delicious treats you come up with every now and then it would be really cool if you guys came up with an Alaska theme...

Christy Harmon ‘The Cashier which she stated that she’s the owner of the restaurants, the way she talks to me and other customers, she was very rude and unprofessional, I was very kind and pleasant to her during the ordering process. She took my orders and treated badly, her and another coworker was only the ones making my food, and the time was clicking for me being patients, until another 20 minutes or so, I ask Christy to check my orders if it was completed!, she said No’ not even an apology or showing that she cares, all she did was laughed and just saying that they had to remake my orders due to mistakes and they even forgot to put it in the oven, i was disappointed due to the fact that she treated me and all the customers a bad service and shows that she’s the owner and pretty much, not loving her job. For my own opinions, I think she needs to get another job which she’s not a people’s person.

This location is way better than the south Anchorage one. Not that the food is any different, but the employees are so much friendlier. The guy cashier looked a little sketchy, the first time I went in, but he's so nice & he works really hard to make sure you're happy. That's unusual in fast food service & I think it deserves some recognition. We ordered 2 pizzas to go, and the crust got kinda messed up on one. He made sure to show me, and he offered to make me a new one. It was really no big deal & I told him it was fine, but he still offered me a free crazy bread. That's just really nice. He always thanks you for coming in & apologizes, if you have to wait. I don't know his name, but he does a good job & he's the reason that I drive to this one, instead of the SA, where the lady acts like it's such a bother to help you. Great job, front counter guy!
