Hello, just wanted to comment on the great work the Anchorage Alaska Muldoon, Geek Squad team did. Recently I had to have my computer factory reset. After discussing the options it was decided that was the best recourse. I was treated very professionally but yet I felt a level of personal attention was given to me. Although there may be others involved Evan, Shawn, Brandon, and Harley all performed their jobs at this level of professionalism with personal attention to me and my situation. Terrible service, when I gave them my computer I had told them the parts I had replaced, all the work that had been done on it and pointed to the problem. They then proceeded to ignore all of my input entirely and took DAYS to confirm with me the problem I had already told them about. Then when I finally got my computer back they had updated all my software and when I say "update" I mean NONE of my apps worked as they did before or just wouldn't open at all, I had to factory reset my PC just to fix whatever they did to it. Very pleased with the quality of service and how quickly my problem was resolved. I have been having trouble with my router not being unable to game online with my Xbox One. The tech showed up on time, discovered my new router was faulty, and was able to setup my old router to work correctly and out perform this new TrendNet router I wasted money on.
