Service - Ordered online more than 1 hour before scheduled pickup and they didn't start my order until I got there. Additionally while waiting, they took another order and got that person their order before I got mine. If this was a matter of the order just got lost, it's still not good service.

Food - Food is bland to below average. Virtually no taste difference between the Spam K-roll and Beef K-roll even with different sauces (teri-sweet mayo on spam and teri-spicy mayo on Beef). I know most of the ingredients are the same, but seems like there should be at least a little separation in taste, and while the taste wasn't bad, both were pretty bland. K-spice "popcorn" chicken at least had a different taste albeit not good. Not really popcorn chicken...more like nuggets and seemed to me they were TVP heavy (textured vegetable protein). Almost had a breading quality to it. I mean there was virtually no difference between the breading and the "chicken."

No rating on Atmosphere as it's basically a pickup counter and that's it. Menu sign was nice so I guess...

I love the food. I don’t know why they combined all the stores into one, the wait times here are always 30+ minutes. Makes no sense considering if they were their individual stores they are 2 mins or less to order make and pay. But since they combine all their stores into this, the wait time is so long. Feels like a greedy practice when they were known for a get food quick and leave. The atmosphere is 4 chairs for waiting. Nowhere to eat. If it’s that type of restaurant the why is the wait time 30+ minutes. Makes no sense. Been here 3 times and all 3 times have been like this. Terrible service even though they apologize and sometimes give you a coupon doesn’t make up for the bad experience. Can’t recommend this restaurant.
