To be completely honest, this McDonald's is a mess. The manager, Dean or whatever his name is, doesn't seem to know what he's doing. I come here every other day for fresh cookies, and despite always asking for fresh ones, I keep getting cookies that are warm but as hard as a rock. They clearly just warm them up in the microwave. Today, when I ordered a McChicken, 6-piece chicken nuggets, and fresh French fries for my son, they gave me the McChicken and nuggets, but they didn't look fresh at all they were cold. The manager asked me to park at station 1 to wait for my French fries and charged me $1-something for ranch sauce. When he finally came out with my fresh fries, he handed them to me and told me everything was there, so I left. But when I checked the bag, there was no ranch sauce, just one pack of ketchup. I called the store four times with no answer, so I went back and happened to run into that manager, Dean. I explained how I had to drive back just for the ranch, and how unhappy I was with the service I always receive here. His response was just to introduce himself, go get the ranch. He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or offer any kind of compensation for the mistake. I mean, couldn't he have at least said something like: "I'm sorry about that happened , can I offer you a free meal for your son as an apology?" Nope, all he did was say oh sorry and hand me a bag of cold fry and ranch and that was it. I told him they really need to stop messing up my orders and that they should give me a fresh fry for all the trouble of driving back. The whole experience is incredibly frustrating and I strongly advise everyone to make sure to ask for their food to be fresh because it's definitely...
Read moreThis location is frequently "out of" various menu items, their ice cream machine is often broken, and they don't post signs at the drive thru so you know what they are out of, you keep ordering to be told they don't have it. ALWAYS check your order before leaving as they frequently get the order correct when taken (check your receipt) but substitute or just screw up when putting the items in the bag or on the tray. Have them REPEAT your order to you in the drive thru, they are easily confused. They are the slowest drive thru in town, don't have the sense to have people with large or custom orders move to the wait area, they make everyone in line wait. They usually have loser high school kids with low IQ in the drive up, but recently changed crew to include a lot of friendly, more efficient adult Phillipino and other Asians. They really are the WORST McDonald's overall, they can't seem to get it right. If the drive thru improves the counter quality, such as it is, goes down. Why even go here you ask? I am retired and can wait, but even I have limits, and they get until the end of summer 2018 to get it together, and then I start going to the Taco Bell next to them, which, amazingly, can get an order correct the first time, they tell you up front of they are out of anything (rare), and they fill it efficiently and courteously. I bet the owner of this McDonald's eats at the Taco Bell, because otherwise their own service would improve...or maybe not, who...
Read moreI went to this location today ( March 8th, 2024, aroind 530-6pm ) to pick up an order for some family members that are going back to the village. I placed my order at one of the kiosk. While I was waiting for the food there was a team member that was mopping the floor. While they were mopping the floor the manager kept asking the team member to run orders out to customers that were eating inside the restaurant. Not a big deal except for the fact that the team member would go from touching the mop to touching food. It's been about 10 years since I worked at a McDonalds but that is a big no-no. Team members should be washing their hands anytime thwy touch something that isn't food. This happened several times. To top it all off, the team member was bringing out some box apple juices and instead of putting them on a tray or in a bag the team member held them with one hand ( still never washed their hands ) and the top juice box was under his chin, where he could breathe all over the juice boxes. Stuff like this usually doesn't bother me but after the whole Covid thing and the fact that this should be common sense on what not to do when working at a restaurant, I had to write this review. Not trying to get anyone in trouble. The owner/store manager/whoever is in charge of hygiene and not getting customers sick should be on top of stuff like this. Hopefully this changes...
