I have been needing to do a review on this restraunt for a couple weeks and have struggled finding the best way to put into words.. **To the point I've been googling how to wright a proper restraunt review. From the moment I saw the sign off Bragaw I knew I wanted to try somthing from their menu. I called in an order not even looking at a their menu (which is available online ) and asked if they had nachos or somthing like and the enthusiastic gentlemen on the line stated they serve tostaditas so I agreed and asked if they carry a dessert like sopaipilla or fried ice cream and if so to suprise me with whatever he recommends. I asked if it could be delivered,*unsure if it was even an option *he said he will drop off to you 10 MINUTES. My food arrives ON TIME and it was INCREDABLE!!!! my only regret is not taking photos to post. VERY FRESH ingredients, presented clean, portion size was more than fair, and my suprise dessert was the fried ice cream AND was the best I've ever had. THIS IS NOW MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE RESTRAUNT. I usually love this restaurant and highly recommend dining in, because the to-go portions are smaller. The food is flavorful, and their birria tacos have been my favorite for a while.

However, my most recent takeout experience was disappointing. I’ve ordered birria tacos to go three times now, and I always request no onions. In the past, the staff was accommodating — there were usually just a few onions in the broth, which was fine. I even left a 15 % tip because I appreciate good service.

This time, though, the broth was overwhelmingly full of onions and contained very little meat, which felt intentional. I would say the quantity of onions was like a whole onion was in the broth. Not exaggerating.

This experience left me genuinely disappointed and I won’t be back bc I thought it wasn’t an inconvenience to ask for no onions but someone intentionally poured tons of onions on it. On purpose. Bc when I had finished paying and all, I double checked and ask the lady who took my card, “oh no onions right?”. She said yes no onions.

I make sure to tip well always and respectful when ordering. This however is the level of unkindness, like spitefulness. Take this advice before dining here.

I've been there twice now. The first time, the food would have been good but they messed up our order. Like, the whole thing lol. Their steak is really good, though, so I decided to try it again. The staff is really nice and they are super friendly. But they messed up our order again lol. But such nice people! And they only messed it up a little this time. Having been there twice, I was able to confirm that they just PACK their salsa verde and guacamole with onions and cilantro. That's the real deal breaker for me. I hate both but usually I can handle the amount in guacamole or salsa at Mexican restaurants, but not here. This is great news for people that love onions and cilantro, like my mom lol, but if you don't LOVE them then there might be too much in there. If you can barely handle them or hate them, then this is probably not the place for you. My niece suggested getting food from Pedro's and Guacamole and salsa from Taco King lol. I...
