The new manager from Wasilla that was at this location on 8-14-24 @ 8:35PM sucks at Customer service & isn’t right for this job title. She was extremely rude, made assumptions that I was wanting a refund when all I asked was “can you please make sure the chicken in wrap is a decent size?” The white lady said “they’re already cut up, nothing she can do” that’s when I said I have a photo of the size I got yesterday & the size was unacceptable, I got this small piece of chicken & it was all tortilla & we received a single bacon cheeseburger when I paid for a double. She told me I wasn’t getting a refund which I didn’t ask for, I wanted reassurance I wouldn’t get a small piece of chicken in both my wrap again, this isn’t the first to happened but she’s the only 1 that made it an issue. I asked for her name then she said “I’m not giving it to you, I’m the manager, I don’t have to” She canceled my order & told me to have a good night. I’ve been coming here for YEARS & have NEVER had a problem at this location. The Samoan ladies are amazing! They have such a positive attitude, they’re the true definition of amazing customers service, I only come to this location bc of them. 1 of them need to take the manager position from this white inexperienced manager. They hear me out if a problem happens & we fix it without an issue but nope, not this Wasilla “manager”. I just wanted reassurance that we’d get the proper food/size but she ruined my experience. She doesn’t know how to de-escalate. She escalated this situation, she got upset, I cried due to feeling unheard. Read moreTo day, I was in a little rush and just need a simple CHEESE BURGER, yes CHEESE BURGER.... As, I drove in, I saw the drive through had a little line, but the parking lot was empty.. So, chose to just park, and go in for a CHEESE BURGER.. When I walked in, there wasn't anyone in there OUT dated since 1997 dining room.... There, was person at the counter, pretty much there hanging out because of friends of worker there.. There, wasn't a person at the counter to take my order for a CHEESE BURGER, but the young man at the drive through filling there order notice, me there and shouted out twice help at the counter, including the man standing there visiting a crew member also said it also😳😳... A lady comes out of an office, goes to the man visiting and started talking, and not even noticing me, or taking my order, and not even asking if I've been help... So, after this CLUELESS lady speaking with the man at the counter, the young man at the drive through AGAIN, requesting someone at the counter is needing help, and not EVEN a MANGER came out to help... I finely just waved my hands up in the air and said REALY!!! And walked out! This has to be the most GETTO establishment I've ever been in.. This place is soooo, ready and set up for a lawsuit, for having broken/missing backs on there bar stools, and broken tile that's covered with carpet runners.. Read moreTried to go earlier today through the drive thru. They had apparently closed the drive thru during regular business hours, but there was no sign/cone/road block of any kind to indicate this. There was a car in front and behind me in the drive thru when one of the employees poked her head through the door and yelled over at us that "the drive thru is down" and told us we needed to back up. I pointed at the car behind me and indicated to her that I was currently trapped. She yelled at me quite aggressively "don't be smart" and turned back inside in a huff. Another person who seemed like a manager later came around to tell us the same thing.... I was still waiting on the person behind me to back up before I could get out of the closed off drive thru. I told this new person that the person beforehand had been very rude in her way of telling us, and she just flatly responded "I'm sorry about that." We finally got out and when we rounded the corner, we saw there was a small amount of snow that one of their employees was shoveling, and they probably could have let us loop through the drive thru instead of having us go through the ordeal of backing out. It looked like we could have ordered for pick up instead but after the bad experience, we ultimately decided to get McDonald's. The whole situation was unnecessary and handled poorly.
