Subway — Restaurant in Alaska

I don’t normally leave reviews. But this is the 3rd time I’ve gone into this particular subway on my way to work and have been furious with the service. I walk in, two teenage to early twenties kids that work there... are bumping their music so loud, it was ear piercing. (I own a recording studio, I have nothing against music) but they had a blue tooth speaker behind the counter (which has to be against policy) and refused to turn it down while I was trying to order so I had to literally scream my order at them. Then, after ordering and paying for a large drink, I noticed there weren’t any lids for the large size. So, I walked back up to the counter and asked for a large drink lid, and they just stared at me and said “nahh we out bro” and then went back to what they were doing. So I couldn’t take my drink with me... you’d think they’d tell people they’re out of large lids?? Anyhow, I decided to eat there. Trying to eat peacefully while their music was blaring so loud.. it’s just the most obnoxious experience I’ve had. The manager of this store must be allowing this type of behavior because every-time I go in, I’m always angry about the way I’m treated and the lack of caring these employees show. My husband and I went here this weekend. I asked for a footlong on Italian herbs and cheese (obviously). The worker asked me what meat I wanted. I said, “turkey please!” The worker said, “turkey?” And I said “yeah, turkey” The worker then proceeded to grab ham. I was a little upset, but I figured the worker had accidentally grabbed the wrong meat (they look pretty similar) and it was already on the sandwich so I didn’t want to be wasteful. I didn’t say anything. However, when they rang us up, they rang it up as ham. Which made me FURIOUS. I’m not a boomer, so I didn’t say anything, but I was mad. How rude of them to clarify the meat selection with me THREE TIMES, and then grab the wrong meat on purpose! How dare they?! But then I got home…. After sulking for a while and not eating the sandwich out of spite, I finally decided to go for it. I was cranky and definitely went into it ready to hate it. Here’s where it all changes… It was the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Honest to god. That worker didn’t care what I wanted. They gave me what I NEEDED and I will be forever grateful. I was picking up for my boss and said what I wanted on specifically. My boss absolutely does not like mayonnaise. Arrived back at work and they had put mayonnaise on the sandwich. I called and asked them to make me to make another one and would be right back to change it out. I could here the lady yelling in the background and telling me she has to make or pay for another one. I have my receipt so I drove back down there to get the right sandwich. The attitude was so awful and I was trying to smile and make it like it was an honest mistake. They were very rude and I will never go back to this...
