Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Alaska

Someone has been recently hired that either is skimping and going thin on the quantity or they finally got busted for loading up. Cole slaw cups not stuffed like before. Canes sauces not filled to the top like before. Thosw cup are small to begin with too. Serving of fries has shrunk DRASTICALLY smaller every one gets kids serving size. Sweet tea with or without ice is not even filled to the top anymore. Don't bother ordering off the app "as a faster way" it's not. I always havento go in tell them I'm waiting. Then they start my order. The girl behind the count last time was not given good direction and tools for success. She was flushed trying to find curbside pick up customers not in the correct spots. Poor thing walked all around the parking lot (that is shared with at least 5 other buisnesses), to just come back unable to find the people. Managers I assume based in attire said "just keep walking around to find them" her response, " So I just walk up to everyone in a car asking if they ordered Cane's?" "Yeah just don't give the order to the wrong person, we have to make it again, they will tell you their order." Wow bro ruff...

Preciously had given this place a good review.. but today marks the THIRD time and incident I have went to Canes to order 4 caniac combo meals only to be told they have no slaw would I prefer extra toast. No I would not like toast. I like something to take away to heaviness of all the fried food. I told then politely to cancel my order. Cashier was very snoody and couldn't believe I didnt want the food if they were out of slaw. Previous two times, i still took the food, but when you pay close to 80 bucks for to go food you should have the entire order in its entirity. Also food is completely over priced! But their slaw is good and chicken is crispy.

April 13th 2024... gave them another try. They were out of cold slaw again!!! I mean you guys have 5 things on your menu. FIVE: CHICKEN, BREAD, FRIES, COLE SLAW AND THE BUNS. And you keep running out of an...

3rd time I've tried getting food from here. This time via curbside (you know, the one where you dont have to leave the car because its 10 degrees outside and you dont want to mess with childrens buckles for the 700th time that day...?). I placed the order in the app, arrived and checked in about 15 minutes after placing said order. 5 minutes go by. My food must be ready, any minute now...? 10 minutes go by. I should just go in, but I'm caught in dialogue with my 3 year old daughter about bugs. 15 minutes go by, I unbuckle my daughter, put her jacket on, place car in park...etc... once I walk in the lady asks if I have a 'pickup order'. "Actually it was for curbside, but yes, that's my room temperature order there..."

She replies "oh, we din' have no bags."

And that pretty much is your standard experience here. Good food. Worst....
