Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Albany

I placed an order for carryout when I got home I realized I was missing some a ingredient. I called the store to ask for a credit I was told no, that they would only remake the pizza if I return . Being under the weather, I did not want to get back out and I asked to speak to the manager. I was told the manager was busy and it would be 15 minutes. I waited about five minutes before I decided to get in my car and go ahead and drive back to Domino's. I was still on hold when I arrive back to the restaurant for a total of 20 minutes but I went inside and ask to speak to the manager. the young gentleman approached me and said that he was busy. At that point I got really upset and said I had been on hold already waiting for him to come to the phone to get my pizza remade and that I simply wanted a refund at this point. The pizza fell out the box on the counter and then to the floor on top of a few other boxes that they had stacked on the front counter. The fact that pizza fell out the box now they are refusing to remake the order or refund my money. I did call the non-emergency number for the police department and of course as I knew they're unable to do anything which I agree with. Luckily another employee witnessed the situation and called the store manager. Hopefully I will hear something from him or her tomorrow if not I will try to track them down during the day shift. We have Cousin’s Camp at our farm each year. This year the camp fell on the week of my grandson’s 15th birthday. All he wanted for his birthday lunch was Dominoes pizza! So on Friday before all 20 of the cousins got together on Tuesday for the party I went to Dominos in Albany,Georgia to order pizza for all. My order was over $90.00 which I deemed a good deal for the amount I ordered. The young lady that waited on me was very nice and helpful. She conferred with her manager on duty at the time to make sure everything was correct and could be ready at 11:00 am Tuesday morning. The other set of grandparents were going to pick the order up on their way to the party. I left feeling assured all would be ready for the party. When the grand parents arrived at 11:00 Tuesday they were told that order had been CANCELED!! Well to say the least no one had cancelled that order with 20 people waiting for lunch! Luckily I had kept my receipt! The manager said one of his staff had canceled the order. The grand parents had to wait for 45 minutes while they made more pizza!! Needless to say I won’t be ordering Dominos pizza again! By the way they only took off $30 ! I told them I thought they needed to take care of the whole bill or at least half off...

The worst customer service ever award goes to... Domino's on Dawson Rd#! First off I spent close to $40, which was damn near my last. Then delivered with not even half my order he states there at store so it'll be 20mins before we received them#MISSING 2 WHOLE MEDIUM PIZZAS. Next disappointment called store someone answers and ironically states she is a manager, She alreasy seemed to have an attitude #Ms. Riggins!! Speaking to her she states delivery guy had pizzas in car🤔 She then states she took a picture of one of the pizzas... I then state why would i be calling if i received what i have paid for.. I would be eating 🤦🏾She tells me to calm down but I was in no way upset until..... #she hung up ON ME!🔥!! No issue resolved. This is my second time having issues with my order. People work hard for there money and want what ever there hearts desire however its halted when your not able to resolve something so small as a manager. I am just disgusted and will never ,never ,never eat here again. Will also be telling everyone my experience so they don't have to go through such idiotic actions of people whom supposedly is of higher standards.
