Where to begin. I will give credit when credit is due. I am HIGHLY UPSET THOUGH. We purchased a mattress and weāre told NOT to take the plastic off, we didnāt. Me being a female I donāt have a lot of strength, so when we were bringing it in the house the plastic ripped there is a blue piece that rips it open and thatās what I grabbed and before my husband could stop me it was to late. It wasnāt what we thought it was and kept in constant contact with the store from day one cause itās not what we wanted. They did however return the mattress after only agreeing to take it if we left our brand new $45 mattress cover on it. We had already talked to Joy and told her what happened and told us to put the mattress cover on it. When we got there to exchange it, the Store Manager looked at me and my husband both when we told him what happened and said āIām trying to help yāall out just be straight with meā basically accusing us of lying to him. I donāt know what he knows about customers and customer service but the customer is ALWAYS right and the one thing you donāt do to keep business is accuse the customers of lying to you.
