Burger King — Restaurant in Albany

Burger King (BK) gets a 1 star because they too have a lot of fails, but I continue patronizing them because I still love whopper sandwiches from childhood. They have terrible grill cooks and some of their cashiers are rude during the evening shift. I've noticed that the friendlier and experienced staff work on the day shift and the teens who don't wanna work and lack integrity work on night shift. Every blue moon I'll come across a teen with great work ethics at BK and I'm blown away, but my order always mostly suffers. On this occasion, I had two separate orders made similar and the orders were repeated back correctly and rung up correctly on both receipts. My first order was a medium size bacon king combo with NO MAYO, add heavy lettuce, heavy onion and heavy pickle with a lemonade for the drink and my second order was the BOGO for $1, whuch consisted of 2 whopper sandwiches both without mayo aka NO MAYO, add heavy lettuce, heavy onion and heavy pickle. Both orders had EXTRA MAYO and NO TOMATOES...SMH (Shaking my head). I discovered the mistake after dropping off one order and then arriving home and unwinding after a ling day at work to find my sandwich WAS TERRIBLY WRONG. I'm a regular customer who gets my sandwiches made the exact same every single time and whenever there's been a mishap and I'm able to contact a manager they've sometimes made excuses about being short staffed and needing more crew members. I've attempted to be understanding as I continue to support my local BK, but it has truly become ridiculous. Unfortunately, when I discovered my mistakes at home I made 4 unsuccessful phone calls to the BK and couldn't get an answer because the line stayed busy. Because, it was late and I was exhausted from work and I didn't feel up to sitting in line after 11pm I found something else to eat and called the customer service number inside the app. I explained my experience and was given an apology and told a member of management would contact me; however, no one ever did and it's a week later. It's seems BK doesn't care about making things right and having customers for life. I haven't returned to any BK since this experience and I'm reluctant and in the past after a bad experience I'll stop for a little while...hoping when I return they'll have corrected their issues with staffing and...

Literally stomach churning even with all four windows rolled down and a really cool night in December. It still stunk my entire car up and the smell lingered. Virtually %100 of the time fries and onion rings are under cooked. Today onions was put on one of two original chicken sandwiches. I can never get the right eating utensils or no utensils at all. If I ask for double meat breakfast sandwiches, I get triple meat, what are they doing trying to kill me with all that grease. I complain and complain about the under cooked fries, but nothing changed. You think people would take proud in the work that they do. But not these days, people just do not care anymore these days. They are paid to provide a quality service and they constantly do the opposite. The positive experience usually turn unpleasant when my order is frequently mess up, it makes people stop going to burger King and make a person cook quality food at home. Where is the manager, he or she should make sure the food is cooked properly Plus all other services are being done...
