Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Albany

I will not be coming back to this location. I was waiting patiently to get my coffee and had waited for sometime. This lady in a white doge did not see me and proceeded to try and cut me off. When I tried to go first she still kept going and almost hit me. Then an employee came out and refused to take my order since she didn't think I was first even though she was looking at her phone the entire time taking orders. Then she and the other lady proceeded to talk about me and how rude I was. This is the worst dutch bros I've ever gone too! Please pay attention wether it's driving or taking orders! And I thought it was very rude that I was refused service. I will go to the Corvallis one...

The worst Dutch Bros I've been to... they charged my son extra to get the standard amount of espresso shots in his 911 on one occasion. On another trip they wouldn't let me use my free drink card, and on another they gave my 4 year old peach tea instead of peach lemonade. Don't visit this Dutch bros location unless you enjoy dealing with argumentative baristas and incompetence.

EDIT: Asking a customer who had not 1, not 2, but 3 bad experiences at your store to do extra work on your behalf is both incredibly rude and so far beyond the bounds of propriety that I have no idea what the person who responded...

The last couple times I’ve been here the drinks have been soooo nasty. I dont Usually leave reviews but this is so gross. A few weeks ago I ordered A strawberry matcha and it literally made me want to puke when I tried It and it was brown. This time I ordered My normal black ice team with peach and vanilla. I’ve gotten this drink tons of times from Dutch. It’s my go to. It was not good. Idk if they just hardly put any flavoring in it or what. Will not return to this location. Tired of...
