Jamba — Restaurant in Albany

The girl Ash were very rude, she looked miserable to be here. When asked if a drink was good Ash rudely said I don’t know honestly we won’t be back. Shame we love Jamba but not enough to deal with workers who seem annoyed to do their job. Update tried to call today 8/27/24 no answer even though they are open. I called Corvallis to see if it was same owner it is not. Corvallis is even aware of how horrible this location is. They told me to contact corporate because these owners likely do not care how rude their employees are. Super encouraging.

The manger did reach out to me and apologized and said she would address the issue. I do appreciate a prompt response.

To the owner I leave reviews based on service. Most of the time service is great. For you to argue back with me about my experience is unprofessional and I reported your actions to cooperate. The Acai berry was bitter, not sure if they missed something or fruit was the old or the powders got mixed together from because they were spilled all over. The Place was dirty, powder bins were spilled over into other bins, no lids, these are the proteins n and flavor items I n top shelf. Not your typical experience for one of these locations, staff was low energy; lacked urgency and charisma. No greeting when I walked in, took a while to address me waiting at the counter, and when I did get service they seemed like I was interrupting their stocking process. Smoothie itself was great. Probably continue using the Corvallis location instead of this newer one after the underwhelming staff experience I had and the lack of space. There’s no room to sit anywhere inside.
