To keep things short and to the point. This was literally the worst most disrespectful encounter I have ever had at any McDonald's my entire life. The employees to start with were rude and condescending starting from drive thur. I arrived around 630pm Nov 10 22. The order taker had no busy about her at all. No professionalism at all. Because she didn't listen and other employees were singing in the background my order was taken wrong. Obviously this means my total was wrong. I ordered a UN sweet yea because I am diabetic. I was given a Sweet tea not once, not twice, but 3 times and told it was unsweetened. Being a diabetic and drinking a sweet tea could literally kill me, and these ppl could have cared less So I decided to walk in and speak with management only to walk in to a empty front counter. No one was up front because they were to busy using every Curse word they could think to call me and the ppl in my car. None of them including the manager knew I was standing up front listening to the whole conversation. Read moreWow, just wow... Took my son here so that he could play in the playhouse while we grabbed lunch, and I'll never return to this location. First, the playroom was locked, with no valid reason given. Then, the wait was ridiculous. I could understand if they had been busy, but that wasn't the case. Maybe one or two cars in the drive thru in a 15 minute time period, with only a couple of people inside grabbing Doordash orders. Two of them left without the orders because not only were they waiting 10+ minutes, but no employees came to the front, even when someone tried getting their attention. We finally got our food, and 3 of the 5 items we ordered were wrong. I returned to the counter with the items, just to stand there and wait 7 minutes before an employee came to the front. I then stood there another 5 minutes before another employee came to ask what the issue was, again... Another 5 minutes pass before I am presented with the "fixed" items. By this time, the other food was cold. We opened my sons bacon double to find hot bacon on a cold burger, and the pickles picked off the other two and handed back to us. "Fixed," not re-made. Read moreThe customer service was horrible. I ordered a double cheeseburger at the drive through and when I got it, of course it was cold. It was approximately 11:00a.m. on a weekday so they were not very busy. As a matter of fact, I was able to back up to the window to let them know that I needed my burger to be hot. She asked me to pull up, of course I mined. Before I pulled up, I requested that my burger be hot when I receive it. Well of course when I got it, looked like it had been microwaved for a long period of time, it was not only scorching hot, but the bread was all wrinkled and the cheese was sliding off off the bun. I burned my hand.. Well I didn't even want to get into that discussion, I did however call back to speak with the mgr and no one answered. My complaintt is that if it was another race, yes I am African American, that would not have happened. My people trying to be funny, but who has the last laugh. That schorching hot burger could have been a law suit. But just put yourself in my place, if you paid your money for that same burger, you would have wanted it just right.
