McDonald's — Restaurant in Albany

I like 10min from here so it's pretty convenient but I will never go back again! The hours say they are open till 12am on Friday we went at 10:55 and the first thing the manager says is we are closed I'm giving you 30 seconds to get your food and then in kicking you out! Im 24 yrs old I do not need someone to disrespect me like I am a child! However the lady at the counter was very nice but the rest of the staff was pushy and lazy and acted like it was the hardest thing ever to make a mcgriddle and drop a basket of Fry's they basically argued the whole time! Our Fry's had no salt none of our food tasted good! And to top that off the manager walked us out individually as we got our food and swung the door open so far it would nearly hit the building! So here's my advice if your hours are 11am closing you should probably get that fixed, you also should fire that disrespectful larger male Manager...coming from someone who has ran businesses you ALWAYS wait till the last customer is done not rush them or treat them any less! I will never return to this location again not even for the car shows just for the fact how me and 4 of my friends were treated! Non of us disrespectful we just wanted food after a long day of work! So thank you for such a horrible...

Cost going up, food quality going down. This is everywhere. Drove to Tennessee earlier this year... stopped at a McDonald's, same thing. Sometimes service takes longer than necessary for the poor quality of food received. Meaning that I don't mind waiting for hot, fresh, good tasting food. My family does not go as often as we used to because of the food quality. That is the main point of this review. I worked at a few different locations throughout 5 years of my life, the food seriously does not taste as well as it used to. Even the new Quarter Pounder. I take those surveys to hopefully help with giving a little input, but also to have a BOGO on the QP. And 90% of the time, the meat is still pretty pink and dripping, and I mean dripping down the front of my shirt, with grease. Yuck. I cannot say how many I have thrown away. Come on McDonald's. You are better than this. Pull it together and get back to being my favorite fast...

I had two separate orders and they had me pull up to number one to wait for my food, when the manager brought it out she only had one bag so we handed her both receipts, informed her we only received one order and one soda. She came back with the bag of food but not the soda and when I mentioned it she became very upset as if I should’ve just drove off without everything I paid for which is what I ended up doing because I wasn’t gonna be talked to that way over a coke. Food taste just like McDonalds though, would recommend if you can handle rude/upset managers. Once again 2 months later, I drove and made it home to find they messed up my order again! Maybe it’s bad employment, bad management.. I don’t know but it’s bad service and I’m sick of paying for things and getting robbed....
