DO NOT EAT HERE! It's filthy in the dining room, which means it's probably HORRIFICLY disgusting in the Kitchen. This place needs BETTER MANAGMENT! 30+min wait, and there were only 3 tables of people inside, including US. Stale pita bread, over cooked meat with zero flavor on the Gyro, and the taziki sauce was just sour cream and cucumber (missing lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper) We also ordered the grouper, and they gave us catfish! I'm not an ignorant fool. I know the difference. The Wings were very good.
The blinds in the windows were filthy, and there was an OLD dead fly stuck to the light hanging over 3 feet over my food. The poor cashier was not trained well AT ALL. She didn't know the answers to any questions we had about the food, and she was made to mop the tile floor in the middle of lunch while old people were trying not to slip and fall as they were leaving. It's not her fault. The management made her mop during lunch at NOON! The men's room had no paper towels or a working hand dryer. When I spoke to the manager about my very polite constructive criticism, he blamed EVERTHING on his poor quality employees. If he simply LISTNED and took responsibility as a manager SHOULD, I would never have written this review this harshly.
MANAGMENT is solely responsible for the Cleanliness, Food Quality Control, and the Health/Safety codes of a restaurant.

I have a 30 minute break they decided to drop my food after I have been in the establishment for 30 minutes for my break was up and when my food came up, my chicken was hard I spoke with the owner and the owner stated to me that it takes time to make the order but that is invalid because two people came in and ordered before me, and they foods were ready in time, but mine was not terrible customer service. They have a lost a guaranteed customer. Read moreThe customer service is a good way of wanting to order and dine in, even if you wanted your food to go. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the food that's being presented. The foods are awesome and the best part is that it's cooked to order, no getting it from under the hot light or putting it in a microwave to reheat.(Don't look surprised, I've seen others do it). Overall 9 out of 10. Everyone restaurant has room for a little improvement....
