Yes this is a new establishment and yes some details need attention.
My husband and I have a cleaning business; Elliott Enterprise Cleaning Services. Because my husband is a phenomenal cleaner / organizer, he was pointing out a few things while we were waiting for our food.
This is a great time to toss in the word being used a lot lately... GRACE. Show Shark's some grace and take into consideration any new business has hiccups when it's getting off the ground. Additionally, remember good help is hard to find. We actually took the time to talk to the person taking our order, and found he is the owner, who had to fly in from Ohio because the help he hired did not show up! The dirty tables and glass were {probably} put on the back burner due to absence of staff.
We can't speak on something we didn't have but the shrimp, grilled catfish, coleslaw, yellow rice, chicken sandwich, cheeseburger fries and red velvet cake we did get were tasty. Well, the yellow rice actually was bland, but that was to be expected. I added Nori Komi Furikaki to it and had a wonderful dinner. The owner was nice and personable, and the cook staff was doing their best to keep up with the demand. They couldn't cook, take orders, bag orders and polish tables too.
Shark's may turn out to be a favorite "Go To", if people would understand what goes into running a business🙂🙏🏿 Patience...

I have a 30 minute break they decided to drop my food after I have been in the establishment for 30 minutes for my break was up and when my food came up, my chicken was hard I spoke with the owner and the owner stated to me that it takes time to make the order but that is invalid because two people came in and ordered before me, and they foods were ready in time, but mine was not terrible customer service. They have a lost a guaranteed customer. Terrible terrible management.. before the owner rudely replied to my this was the owner will leave replied to my review And deleted it by just replying with a 🌹 he is nasty and he commented that I only spent $4. That just shows right there that he’s unprofessional. They come to black known areas and make money off us then want to treat us any kind of way. The chicken was so hard it was black. Read moreThey deleted my last review! Lets see if they delete this one. Horrible Gyro with stale bread, overcooked meat, taziki sausce was just sour cream and cucumber. We ordered grouper, and we got catfish. No paper towels in the men's room. The Wings were good. Cashier was not trained by the manager. This Old restaurant was never cleaned properly before they opened the doors to serve food. Blinds were covered in dust Dead fly hanging over My food. The so called "Manager" BLAMED his employees for everything that was wrong instead of taking responsibility, as he SHOULD HAVE, and apologized to me and offered some kind of compensation and promise to DO BETTER.
