Subway — Restaurant in Albany

I've had pretty decent experiences at this location and 2 issues with online orders, but they corrected it. Tonight, I'm disappointed because I came to pick up two footlong subs when I got off work. We close at 9pm on my job and must straighten up and restock first before going home. I wanted something healthy, since I'm eating late tonight, so Subway was my immediate choice. I scored Subway with a rating of 1 star because I had actually 3mins before official closing ( which I didn't mention), but I did explained I'd just gotten off work. On my job people have came in on the last 5mins or 3mins because its before 9pm. Plus, we wanna keep the consumer HAPPY aka "our bread and butter". Sad thing is on my job they don't always buy, but 9 out of 10 times customers will buy when coming to a restaurant. The diplomatic thing would have been to service me and create a lasting impression as well as, making a customer for life. Establishments, especially franchises don't seem to care about customer engagement and forming lasting impressions with their customer base for repeat patronage. Thanks for nothing Subway North...

I ordered the beast sandwich and it was made to perfection. I think the guy name is Montavious or Montravious but he made my sandwich and it was delicious. The meat and lettuce and everything was placed to perfection. The sandwich and taste was both complimentary and I enjoyed every bite. I will be returning again soon. I used to work in the food industry so I know all about presentation and taste and food quality and that sandwich was pure perfection and was made with some compassion! I should of taken a picture of it but it is apart of my stomach...

Terrible service. I didn't request lettuce and the sandwich artist placed it all over my sandwich. When I told her that I didn't order lettuce, she threw in back in the lettuce bowl like she was pitching a baseball. Lettuce went into the tomatoes and other items.

Then everything I requested from that point on was over poured (salt pepper, etc) making it almost inedible. Three lady was staring into space while making...
