Suzette Crepe Cafe — Restaurant in Albany

A great find! Fresh ingredients, perfect preparation, generous portions, authentic French savory and dessert crepes. Varied salads and espresso drinks offered as well.

I enjoyed the Saint Malo (savory ham, cheese, egg) which is prepared in the traditional French style with edges folded over. Delicious, classic and filling!

My companion had a custom vegetarian savory crepe. Many offerings for vegetarians.

Our only disappointment was not having room to share Crepe Suzette for dessert, but we will be back!

The ambiance was casual, colorful and comfortable for dining in. The restaurant is in a pleasant walkable section of Dolsno with other fun places nearby for strolling.

The staff (owners?) couldn’t have been more friendly. The chef even seemed not to mind my poor but...

Service was fine, but the crèpe wasn’t that good. I got a chocolate and strawberry crèpe with vanilla ice cream. The inside only had strawberries, which had a very sour taste to them. The only chocolate on the crèpe was the drizzle on top, which you could barely taste.

The crèpe itself was alright, the edges being more crunchy while the inside/middle was more doughy. The ice cream was good though. Not life changing but not disappointing either.

I gave up halfway through and just asked for a to go box. Definitely not worth the price imo.

If I wasn’t going to be in this area a lot and there were other crèpe places around, I probably wouldn’t return, but I might to try some of there other options. Wont order strawberry-chocolate...

Was there recently on Sunday at around 12:30, perhaps their busiest time of the week. I ordered an Oslo crepe that was supposed to have smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomatoes and capers. After waiting what seemed like a long time, I received my order. I'll give them a pass on the time because there were 2 guys making crepes as fast as they could on a busy Sunday brunch rush, but I won't excuse the fact that there were no capers in my crepe. If they had run out, someone should have let me know. It may be that they were just forgotten. I don't know. But it was advertised so there's no...
