Wendy's — Restaurant in Albany

This is probably the worst ran Wendy's on this side of the United states....I waited 30 mins this time in the line for my mobile order which I had already ordered. It wasnt ready and when I got up to the window they had not even fixed it, after waiting in line for 30 mins. The food was soo cold and old it was nearly inedible. The prior time my mobile order wasn't ready and they had no frostys even though I had already paid in the app. This is crazy, I observed the management in the back not helping the staff on their phones and talking to each other, drive thru line in the streets. Update: Went again ordered the 2 for 6, got a single and a spicy chicken, the spicy chicken was so old and soggy they warmed the whole sandwich up in the microwave, it's was piping hot, the lettuce was steaming and translucent.. I believe the woman at the window was the manager so she had to know they had warmed up this old food she just gave me. This is ridiculous and no one still has yet to reach out. Another Update: went again, same cold disgusting food at this point I guess I am the crazy one. This wendys gives wendys a bad name is general. Slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. I went for lunch yesterday, ordered my food, and stood there for over 15 minutes waiting for my order. 3 people ordered after me and got their food before I did. I waited so long that I had to ask the lady at the counter what was taking so long and point out that everyone that ordered after me and my coworker had already gotten their order. I thought maybe it was just a rough day, so I ordered door dash tonight, my driver was waiting over 20 minutes, when I finally got my order I'm missing my baked potato. I'm never going there again. Me and hubby have decided that the wendy's in moultrie is by far our favorite - it's okay to wait in line in drivethru a few minutes as we know that our food will always be done perfectly! Burgers are moist & juicy as well as well dressed, the fries are always piping hot (unlike other places), the strawberry chicken salad is my personal new favorite while it lasts w plump juicy berries on a bed of mixed greens with grilled chicken & both grated and shaved parmesan w dressing. The window help is very polite & courteous regardless of how busy they are.. I appreciate this and would give this store...
