Moldy food! Horrible service! We went for lunch. Waited 5 mins to be acknowledged by the cashier. Everyone seemed more preoccupied with the drive thru and kept complaining about being busy. Mind you there had been 1 customer who’d already ordered when we walked in and 2 children who belonged to the cashier and they were sitting in a booth playing. Finally ordered. Get food and big mold spot on bottom bun. Take it back up. By now probably 5 other customers had come in and were waiting to order. I tell them I need help and the cashier ignores me until all orders had been taken. I tell her again I’m waiting for assistance on this moldy bun and she asked me if I wanted another one. Um, yes. She took it to the back and I waited 10-15 mins. I finally had to ask if I was going to get a new one. everyone blew me off. The ONLY kind person was someone named Ashley (I think). My father in law walked up to assist and got her involved. She got me a new one. I sat down but it wasn’t right. Double instead of triple but I didn’t care. Just hungry. But then my wife pointed out there was mold on the bun AGAIN! This time I just wanted my money back because I didn’t trust I’d get a fresh one. I went back and the staff started being very disrespectful. One cook said “Ain’t nothin wrong that white boy just want free food.” It about got ugly. Thankfully Ashley saw what I did and did indeed offer to refund my entire meal. I told her no, only my food as my wife had already eaten a salad and enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I’m the one who eats here most and I will NOT return. One thing to have moldy food but another to have disrespectful and racist employees. Read moreI live in Putney and decided to run over to Wendy’s on Oglethorpe instead of driving all the way over to the Ledo and US 19 location like normal. That was the worst mistake I could’ve made by far! The customer service was far from good. The cashier didn’t even try to be nice in the slightest, and the girl handing the food out just said “here you go” when handing me my food, and nothing else followed. I ordered a medium sized baconator meal and received a small, so strike one. The fry box was only 3/4 of the way full, and they were like warm at best, stroke two. The burger was less than Luke warm, and very dried out, and did not taste good at all, strike three!! This place needs to really consider the quality of customer service, and the quality of food! I cannot believe with the bad reviews, and the continuous mistakes that nobody has fixed this! They are a corporate company and nobody has cake to inspect any of this?? They either need to shut that location down, or figure out...
Read moreA complete joke! No one ever came to the speaker box to take my order. I had a Doordash delivery so I'm on a time limit. I waited at the box for approximately 8-10 minutes with no answer. I noticed none the outside lights, menu light or parking lot lights were turned on l. It's going on 9pm. Anyway, so I thought the speaker box didn't work. I drove forward thinking I had to order at the window. Nope! The car in front of me said she had been waiting in line for 20 minutes. So I parked and went inside to place my order. There was an employee that was sitting in the lobby putting together a fan. And the cashier was brash and incompetent. She gave my order to another customer that order after me. The customer rambled through the bag and complained it wasn't hers. The cashier realized she had given my order to the wrong person and repacked it and handed it to me. It was completely unsanitary.
