Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Albany

I have enough. This is one of the many nights I’ve gone to this location and got horrible service. The workers on night shift are all very unprofessional. I went tonight and ordered my food like normal. My order was wrong. I turned around went back to the drive through and express my concerns. Whoever I spoke to was very nice so I assumed that my issue would be corrected and done so in a swift matter. I was told to pull up after being asked if I didn’t mind waiting on the grilled chicken for the salad I originally ordered. I was told it would be 8 minutes. I was fine with that. I waited for all of 20 minutes just for one of the workers to come out empty handed to ask me what I was waiting for. I told her I was waiting on my salad and an extra tender that they left out of my other meal. She went back in while playing and cursing with another coworker to get the salad. Came back out with the salad about 3 minutes later, mind you it’s still wrong but at this point I was over, but then I checked the bag and my tender was still not in there. So I yelled out of the car that I was still missing it. She said the tender I said yes I clearly had said this prior to you coming back out with the salad. So then she went back in while once more playing and cursing with other coworkers. So then another girl comes out and say they out of tenders she’s the manager blah blah blah and I can come back tomorrow and they can correct the order and do a full refund. So after all this time I’ve waited it’s almost 9:30 I’ve been here waiting since about 8:47 and these are the solutions which I know are probably not going to be solved tomorrow either. It’s late I’m like whatever. After that then the manager proceeds to walk back to the door and also cursing and playing with the other workers. I went to get a refund from the previous night and what I saw was amazing. The manager DOMINIQUE was exceptional, knowledgeable, and definitely about her business. She was taking care of customers and training her crew on the spot because of misinformation they had received. She did not talk down to them and she taught them something. That will make better future experiences for all customers who visit the store. The team was working in tandem. The food was fresh. The store was pleasantly clean. The staff was positive, polite and motivated and she was the force and leading it all. I will return and I hope this review will convince others that this Zaxby’s has it going on. Quick courteous service😊. Very good housekeeping including the exterior🧐. I noticed everyone in near proximity to customers were wearing a mask😷……… upon future review my first visit I purchased cob salad which was amazingly delicious. I noticed on my receipt a survey , upon completion of survey received code for free Big Zac ….. My THIRD VISIT !!! I happened to google the ingredients in their foods , I’m heart broken to learn of the chemicals in foods. M. S. G. why !!! Plus’s other body harming foods. I can’t do it .
