Glory Beans - my new favorite happy place #glorybeans #coffee #newtiktok

I've been wanting to try this place for breakfast for a while. I love their dirty chai lattes but had never had food. Today I had two eggs scrambled, two pieces of bacon, a side of mushrooms and a side of avocado. The eggs had a good taste and seemed to be seasoned well, though I did get a large chunk of shell. The Bacon was the thin type. It had an odd taste that I couldn't quite place. Probably not my favorite bacon but I can see where others might like it. The avocado was fresh and delicious. It was $1.50 for the serving which was about 1/4 of an avocado. The disappointing part of the meal was the mushrooms. I think they rang up the eggs similar to maybe a mushroom omelette and the mushrooms were extra, which I was fine with, but for $0.50. I only got four very small mushrooms. So I probably won't get mushrooms again. They have crepes and sandwiches here which I would like to try next time, when I'm not on a low carb diet. The Gouda grits also sound like they might be fantastic. I'll be back time and time again for the dirty chai!

My new favorite place to eat in North Carolina! I got the mango smoothie and ultimate grilled cheese for lunch. The smoothie tasted like a very sweet mango and the grilled cheese was extremely high quality. The bacon they use is also really good. Overall the food is amazing and I highly recommend anyone in the area to come here!

Went for the first time with Family at noon. Not too busy, huge space, good noise level, clean.

They highlight local artists and crafts which we thought was really cool.

The coffee was so good couple of different flavors and medium was —- .80 cents a cup! Whaat!?

Muffins, some desserts which looked great.

Loved my chicken pesto panini on sour dough - tender chicken, great flavor pesto. A win! They gave a little cookie that was a light strawberry flavor.

Avocado toast on sourdough (so healthy for you).

Great Cheezy Biddie Sammich on sourdough! Another great sandwich.

Nutella dessert crepe - there was nothing left of it.

Liked that they put cut strawberry and a little piece of cantaloupe on the side.

Fluffy pancake and a side of sausage patty, MIL loved it (comes with 3 pancakes but she only wanted one). $6!! Again - cannot beat the prices, portions AT ALL.

Connie Blaylock is the owner, she visited the table, made sure everything was good. She also had worked for Rose Briar, another wonderful staple in Albemarle.

Worth a visit, you can’t beat the wonderful home cooking. Quality ingredients and great service.

Can’t wait to go back and try a few other dishes!

Downtown Albemarle, quaint and lots of small shoppes to enjoy if you want to...

My family and I were in town visiting from Florida. We were looking for a good local coffee shop alternative to Starbucks as they do not have one in Albemarle. We stopped here and I have to say the smootheness of the iced latte is second to none. I would even say it's better than Starbucks. We were in town for nearly two weeks and were there almost every day. This is a must try coffee shop.

My wife and I also tried their bakery items and let me tell you the chocolate chip cookies are the absolute best I've had. Take that Crumbl!

Lastly, the decor has a unique southern charm. The atmosphere is welcoming and just really cool. Kinda reminded me of a cracker barrel coffee shop. If you like cracker barrel this was very similar with the cool signs and such. We will most definitely be back. I'm actually sad we are so...
