BIG LETDOWN:((( I booked Tiffanys over a year prior to my event and was nothing but excited to have them cater my wedding! At the tasting- the food was amazing! The best white pasta sauce I have ever had- I was so excited. I told everyone about the carving station we planned to have and about our mashed potato and pasta bar... During the year wait period before the wedding it was a little difficult getting a hold of her if you are someone that has many questions. Until about 2 weeks out then I heard from her back and forth a bunch. Fast forward to the wedding day... We had nothing but issues... Tiffany had something else at her event the morning of, so she was not there for the whole set up which is a big part of the problem- I don’t think her staff knew what they were doing without her direction. Cocktail hour- We ran out of appetizers and the wedding party didn’t even get any after pictures- and I WAITED A YEAR TO TRY THE PIMENTO CHEESE SLIDERS and didn’t get too:( (they claimed a plate was put aside for us and someone got it....). We had less people eating then we even had planned so we should have not ran out of food during cocktail hour. Dinner- Our food was plated for us( and had sat there for a good little while) so it was cold... we figured this was because it had been there.... come to find out every single person we asked had gotten cold food even the people who went at the beginning of the line...SUPER EMBARRASSING to pay almost $6000 total for catering the meal, desert, and cocktail hour to have a cold meal! It was terrible- my pasta was so cold it was all stuck together. Honestly Prego and microwaved noodles would have been better than what I had. It’s like what we had at the tasting and what we got were 2 different places.. The most upsetting parts of the evening were that she didn’t do stations like we requested- and instead did a buffet- so we had a HUGE line. We also agreed upon having a carving station and she made the decision WITHOUT speaking to us to change it to cold sliced meat.... The carving station was all my fiancé wanted... and she took that away- because of space... mind you we had more space than planned because we had less people there. Ran out of lemonade( then she claimed some was left behind) well then why didn’t your staff put it out...
Tiffany claimed that all she heard were compliments the whole night- however I never heard one good thing when I started texting and talking to people. After asking 25 people and getting the same response I stopped.
So I would not recommend them at all unless you like wasting money on cold food... I could keep going on and on.. but the point here is that I trusted them with my wedding food and it turned out to be the biggest let down of the day...
Everything was about what was convenient for them and they didn’t care a bit about what the person paying them wanted!
We will be getting a partial refund(honestly I wouldn’t have paid $5.00 for what I ate that night) but this was after a full day of going back and forth and being told she never gets complaints...

Read moreAs a business owner, you need to be more open to criticism and use the feedback provided from actual customers for improvement purposes. Tiffany, you're on here bashing anyone that leaves a negative review based on their own personal experience. You should accept the feedback and run with it, as effortlessly and swiftly as you do $1,000 deposits. Had we done our homework and read other people's negative reviews regarding your wedding/catering services and your lack of professionalism, we would have ran the other way.
Anyway, I was very discouraged in the way that Tiffany decided to handle a recent situation; my sister's wedding event. A deposit was paid to Tiffany to cater for 150 guests in the weeks to come. My sister received a "late payment" notification on her phone as soon as she paid her deposit, while she was still sitting at the tasting table at Tiffany's establishment. We're still unsure if this is an actual restaurant/business or a debt collector establishment...
In the days to come, my sister was harassed via telephone, text messages, and even Facebook messenger (!!!) for additional payments. Tiffany resorted to calling my sister "chick" on numerous occasions, which she has since then apologized for, but still insists was an attempt in keeping the conversation light-hearted... "Where's my money, chick?!"??
Due to Tiffany's severe lack of professionalism, my sister and her husband decided that they didn't want to deal with the negative vibes on their special day and decided to go with another caterer. I texted Tiffany, hoping that she would be somewhat reasonable and refund at least a portion of the deposit. It was a large sum of money and we literally received nothing in return. I also asked Tiffany to see if she would be willing to do apply the deposit funds to cocktail hour appetizers, etc.... literally anything at all. The answer was always NO.
Tiffany was hostile, unreasonable, and impossible to reason with. We exchanged text messages for several days like high school teenagers (not proud of that). She ultimately instructed me to contact her lawyer directly because she was not returning anything whatsoever.
Lastly, and I can confirm this, Tiffany did make contact with the wedding venue coordinator and the Chef that catered at my sister's event to urge them to not do business with my sister. Like a teenager spreading rumors with intent to cause harm... talk about being petty and hostile... Overall, just a sickening experience and I wish that we had read previous reviews regarding Tiffany's wedding/catering services prior to booking.
Update: Is that so, Tiffany? This was your very first response to my text message.
Also, Chef Jeff was not the THIRD caterer. He was the second. IDK why you're so adamant about putting the # of caterer he was, as if that matters.
Thanks for proving my point(s) with your response. In no way, shape, or form am I trying to "bully" you or your business. I'm just leaving an honest review. If you don't like the review, then you have the power and...
Read moreTiffany's at the boardroom catered my August 2020 wedding recently . On the day of my wedding several ladies worked and helped the day go super smooth ! They set up the catering area , served the guests, took dirty plates away , and cleaned everything up ! That part of the service was great. My issues were with the food and communication . When I met with the owner to discuss my menu and try a tasting. I was given a selection of salmon , chicken , mashed potatoes, and green beans. We loved the food provided and selected this for my upcoming wedding . Everything provided at the tasting was super flavorful and fresh ! Unfortunately, The food delivered to the wedding didn't look anything like what I had at the tasting( pictures included) , the salmon was dark ( not sure if it was marinaded ,and some areas of the fish looked burned ) ,and the mashed potatoes were bland in comparison to the buttery creamy ones we had at our tasting. I emailed the owner with this feedback and included pictures , over a week has passed and I never received a reply , or explanation or anything . It would have been nice to at least have an apology for a not so fabulous experience. I never received a contract and the invoice I paid from only listed vague descriptions of what I selected ( Salad + 2 proteins + 2 sides ), so maybe someone made a mistake , either way with no response from owner I can't...
