Food has always been great. Service use to be great. Went in last Thursday for lunch thinking it would be quick. Man was I mistaken. I was second in line. Ordered sat down and waited and waited and waited. One lady that came in about 5 minutes after me got her order first. Before the guy ahead of me even. The guy ahead finally got his and the two other people that came in after me got served before me as well. The whole time I was waiting probably around 10 to 15 minutes I saw 2 cars pull out of the drive through. Must have been really slow for them as well. All the while there must have been 7 to 8 workers. I finally got up and walked to the counter after not hearing my name. Magically they had mine ready by then. The next day we ordered a platter for work. Nothing special to it ordered at 11 for a noon lunch. Finally showed up at 12:25. If you are wanting a quick meal. I would avoid this place. The servers werenāt mean, but they did mix up our order, and proceded to double-charge my mother again for the things that we originally wanted. Typically, restaurants just correct the order free of charge, but I guess thatās not policy here. Mom spent five minutes trying to correct the charges, but the waitress did not seem to understand. It happened to be on the day of Big 9 so I understand they could be flustered, but I just think itās strange to have to go through all that just for the food we wanted in the first place.
