Went in for the "pumpkin" and was told I would have to wait a while because of other customers, which is fine. However...no idy cane in for about 10 minutes, and they weren't DOING anything. Someone else came in, ordered a pizza and got it before I got my pie. I'm really disappointed in this place because it used to be "good"...now I don't really know that I trust this location, as they are just so inconsistent and not really the Minnesota Nice that I've come to love and appreciate.
2023-08-01 The service here is getting much worse as I've gone in. I called in an order recently for an hour or so before closing, and the pizzas, nor the salads, were available and they offered me "leftover" (unclaimed) pizza at a SMALL discount ($2 off?). They have just gotten extremely lazy when it comes to their customer focused attitude, and that lacking demeanor is starting to become a nuisance.
Otherwise...still amazing food, decent amount of toppings and I haven't waited more than 5-7 minutes after paying, even on "big orders" of two pizzas, a salad and cheesy bread, which is routine when I come in.
Original - 2022-06-10 Consistent, friendly, healthy and efficient dining. It's take away only, but that doesn't mean they don't deserve a huge tip. I've walked in and they hadn't gotten to my pizza yet, and have always made me feel like a priority. I walk away feeling like the most important customer every time I leave.
If I had to give them any feedback, it would be that when I call and they provide a time, to give me a later time, rather than earlier. I've been told my pizza will be ready in 25 minutes, arrive on the nose 25 minutes later, and they'll have to prioritize my pie(s) due to backlog. But, I've never waited more than five or seven minutes to walk back out the door after paying.
Also, be aware, they are making salads to-order now, which I LOVE, so if you don't want to wait on those, order them when you call...

2024-09-20 — The last time I came in, I ordered two of the same pizza about 30 minutes apart. One with extra toppings, one without (after) and the pizzas were IDENTICALLY MADE.
If it wasn't so convenient to come here...I'd stop coming to this location as I feel scammed to consistently be paid to lack toppings on my pie.
Buyer beware, they're in it for your money. They don't seem to be smart enough to pay attention to the customers expectation. No matter how nice of a customer I am...
At least it's always clean in the store...
UPDATE: Papa Murphy's left a reply, with a link, expecting my name, email, phone...using a PUBLIC link. Highly insecure, non-privacy focused means to reach out. I filled in the form. But...haven't heard back, which ultimately means they don't actually care about the continued experience I have at their store. Read moreI'm very disappointed in this store recently. Portions compared to other stores, attention to detail (ex: toppings or timing to pick up) and overall neglect when dealing with customers, it just feels like they're less inclined to ensure customer satisfaction (even with simple orders).
Wednesday of last week was the last time I'll trust my order to be ready when I need it to be. I got there after placing the order over the phone and had to wait about twenty minutes, and that's after having a discussion with the employee taking my order (again) because it somehow got "lost". It's worse service than when I wrote my original review in August 2024. Which I've deleted, so that this review moves to the top of the list.
Very. Disappointed. And, if Papa Murphy's gives me another link that elicits ZERO response from a manager of some kind...I'll comment on more than just the service with the BBB. It's ridiculous to get empty empathy and zero...
