Tonight was my last visit. I am tired of places looking for every possible way to up-charge me for things I didn't order. I simply just don't go back. I ordered a burger with chips. The server said they were out of chips, but had buffalo chips. These were described as thin potato slices. I said I'll try that. I was charged extra for the buffalo chip things and also for ranch dressing I didn't ask for. I always get chips because I love mustard on them. I do not order ranch. I tried the ranch tonight because it was just there. I adjusted the tip for what I actually ordered. People always apologize. However, I am sick of people apologizing to me because they got caught. This is not a mistake. It is a common practice in the restaurant business. They are always up-charging and make a correction if they get called on it. I know the game. I don't need the owner responding and asking me to contact him to discuss or resolve. They only do this to look good online, and the behavior...

We went there for the first time today. Took a long time to get a beverage. I ordered a skillet breakfast and it was only served with one piece of toast cut in half. I've never been served one piece of toast at any breakfast I've ever had. I was told by the server that when you order sourdough or pumpernickel you only get one piece. Huh? My son did not eat his pancake because it smelled and tasted like cinnamon. I also tried it and agreed. The real problem was the service. The server never checked back after our food was delivered, so my son sat and watched me eat breakfast. Never got any drink refills. And still had to pay for his pancake on our guest check. It's only like $3 but most restaurants would not make you pay for something that you did not like. Always fun to try new places, but not likely to return to this...

The owner of this establishment is one of the rudest people that I have ever come in contact with. Negative facebook reviews get deleted that exhibit his tactless disposition. He will also defame you and attack you if you leave a negative experience. According to other reviews, he also does this to people's faces.

On top of that, the service is spotty at best and the food is mediocre and bit overpriced in my opinion. I used to frequent karaoke nights and our service was never great with that even if there weren't many people in the restaurant part of the establishment.
