Arturo's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Searched for Taco Tuesday deals near me & visited Arturo’s Mexican Food. (not from the area, recently moved) upon arriving of course it’s a little sketchy area…but the restaurant has drive-thru, dine in, and takeout. The cashier was very nice let me know they do have a special of Beef (ground/shredded) or Chicken tacos on Tuesday for $1.59 each. The tacos were tasty did not disappoint at all! The portions of the tacos were satisfactory but mind you these are not the regular street tacos they come hard shell with cheese&lettuce. I asked for soft with onion & cilantro.. My rating of 3 stars is due to the carne asada fries… the steak had a bad taste of old meat & there was little to none portion of sour cream/guacamole couldn’t even taste it, nothing like the picture on the menu. Very disappointed with the fries.. maybe just bad timing for my first time visiting (7pm) They provide little sides of salsa and the salsa was very delicious and spicy. The absolute WORST customer service we were very excited to try the food until we called to place a online order. The lady or "little girl" taking the order was extremely rude! Kept hurrying us up to take our order kept saying "is that all? Is that all? What else? What else?" When we tried ordering the burger that was pictured on the website (which by the way is only like 3 pictures the menu does not give any kind of description of what you are getting no pictures nothing and forget asking the lady what it is just to get a rude attitude) it was the wrong burger it was the total opposite of what was pictured. So when we called back to let them know instead of being understanding and fixing the order after we just spent $50 on food they threatened to call the cops if we went back to the store. stopped in for a quick meal. ordered huevos rancheros. served in an unusual way. corn tortilla is crispy - not soft. btw tortilla and eggs were some type of coarsely chopped salsa mixture - little different. a green chile mixture (bland) was served on top of the eggs ....beans were good. rice was rice - not much flavor. the plate came with a side of warm white corn tortillas. overall meal was satisfactory. no coffee but a fair selection of soft drinks. young woman at the counter should brush up on her customer service skills. no eye contact, flat voice, almost got the sense she was inconvenienced by having to take our order. asked to use the bathroom so i could wash hands - bathroom broken! so i wondered where is the staff going to wash their hands o r take...
