I come here often but today was just a bad experience over all I asked for hot Cheetos and cheese con elote without jalapeños for me and my husband I had ask the young lady infront if the elote was on there she told me yes when I got my order there was no elote I looked at my receipt and she hadn’t charged me for it so I asked to see if I could add it and they took my order tossed it remade it and everything was fine but for the second time I told the guy who made it no jalapeños and he still put it had to to toss it again and remake it while the owner asked what we wanted I didn’t even get to explain to him the same young girl said we didn’t ask when I did and ik Spanish I even told her in Spanish but she want paying attention she need more training in the front I can see by the reviews when you specifically ask for something the main thing on it they usually forget it I really want to give them another chance ik it’s not the owners fault the kids just need more training over all the...

The other day, my husband went and got us some food from there. They literally had the food waiting on the counter for 20 minutes without telling us that they ran out of cheese we were waiting for almost 30 minutes for our order and we simply asked them to remake it and or , give us a refund . They kicked us out and they said we were racist for speaking Spanish back to them. We are no longer welcome due to their own mistake.
