Updated to give it less stars. The new team that is working there now is worse than before. I have ordered food numerous times in the last few months and they can't seem to get the orders right. I ordered a Bacon and cheese Whopper three times within the last few months and each time there is no bacon. This may seem trifling but pay for it and I don't get it. I have tried to reach out to corporate and the franchise owner and I can't actually speak to someone. I had tried writing to them on the website but I get a generic reply of " we are so sorry and we'll let them know". Need to train people to listen to and look at the small details. I know it's fast food but you get paid to take and order and deliver within reason. Pay attention.
Super inconsistent but close. For this location you can get a different variation of the same meal depending on the time you go. I once ordered an Angry Whopper during the day and several days later I ordered one from the evening crew, after 6 pm and it was made differently. They added toppings that weren't on the burger to begin with. I have been there when the drive thru doesn't have a lot of people yet they take a while to make the meals. Granted I understand there is probably a vehicle in line that ordered multiple combo meals thus it takes longer. The day crew is usually more consistent than the evening crew. There are a few people I question how they got a job but I suppose you give everyone at least one chance. You will take a gamble depending when you go and how consistent they can be. After waiting for 45 minutes in the drive-thru and then placing an online order, I waited another 10 minutes for someone to come to the window, but nobody came. So, I tried to go into the restaurant to retrieve my paid for order only to find that the restaurant door was locked. I knocked on the door and was stared at. An employee (Eddie) gestured to me that they're closed despite their business hours indicating a close time of 12am. I had to shout at him, because he refused to come to the door, that I paid for an online order and needed to get it. He reluctantly came to the door and proceeded to tell me to be patient or he would refuse to give me the food I paid for. He shut and locked the door in my face. I began to pull back into the drive-thru lane to try to get the food I paid for when Eddie came out with my food and rudely instructed me how to spell his name. Our fries were clearly over salted on purpose. All attempted calls to this store failed because the phone never rang, almost as if they intended for it not to. Read moreI came to pickup my order, went inside, employees didn't acknowledge me, although they did see me standing at the counter waiting for service. Two of them were eating and the cook eating and handling the food. Finally thd girl employee comes over and rudely asked if I've been helped? I thought, well you saw me standing here so obviously not. Besides there's only four of you here working, who would've helped me while you were busy ignoring me. I told her I'm here to pick up my order. She says, we're still preparing it. I waited, and noticed they were serving fries and onion rings off of a box card. The fries and onion rings looked like they've been there for a long time. I also noticed they had the sliced cheese sitting out and they were dried up on the ends turning brown. I thought wow, that's unsanitary. The girl continues to be rude by slamming my dessert on the counter like she was annoyed to service me. I decided to ask for a manager and let him know about the customer service. The manager who was a guy, wasn't no help, he defended the girl and he was also being rude also. At that point I just left.
