Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Highly disappointed. Starbucks is my favorite place to get my coffee, the past three times in a row and a few other times in the past before this, they have gotten my order wrong. I am very sad because my usual is a caramel Frappuccino with an extra pump of Frapuccino roast and extra caramel drizzle, and they’ve have not put extra caramel. I’ve ordered different ways every time, “line the cup with caramel” or “extra caramel drizzle” and they fail to do it every time. It’s a waste of money in my eyes at this point because they want to charge me for it and some days they don’t so it’s very hit or miss and at this point I’m almost done trying...

Sign says Redeem Rewards here, but when I asked to use mine, I was informed I can't use them here anymore. I suggested they take down the sign then as it is misleading. They took no action to do so while I was in the cage, just stood around. My sandwich had cold parts and my drink was almost completely ice. Tables were dirty. Definitely not my typical...

I don't do Starbucks (taste burnt coffee). Coffee beans cooked took long and then coffee taste burnt unless you use LOTS and LOTS of cream to cover up taste.

I tried the dragon fruit drink and it was so watered down with not much flavor. Money down the drain I should have just had water.....it would have been...
