So disappointed in this, worse set I’ve ever got. For one, he did not care to listen to what I wanted, I went in asking for a full set, I had my old set on that was glitter and white acrylic, instead of taking off those nails and doing new ones he decided, on his own, without asking me, that he was going to do a fill, I told him I wanted red ombré since the get go, he said he can do it, so I trusted the process. I chose a nude under color for the ombre. It came time to do the painting and he says the nude won’t cover the glitter nails!!! So I have an exception and said just go ahead and paint those nails completely red and the white ones the red and nude ombré, he said ok ya the nude will cover the white. He did a not so great job on the ombré red, and too coated and said I’m done.. I’m like when does the nude color come in…!!! He said it will look the same as white! I said no!!! I didn’t want the white!! I didn’t even want a “fill” I wanted a whole new set! So he removed the ombré and re did with the nude, came out decent but super Bulky because all The added on acrylic and gel! He was in his phone a lot of the time and had Me waiting while he took care of his phone business, I was forgiving for majority of The time, but that was my final straw. Got a pedicure and that was fine. But will not be going back....

This nail place is the worst experience I've ever had! The girl that did my nails yesterday screwed them up so bad! First of all she cut my nails down instead of drilling the color out! So as she was taking off the nails, she was ripping them off! Hurt like hell. Then she couldn't do the design that was displayed. So I went with plain pink. It took her an hour and a half which made me late for Mass. So while I was getting in my car one of the nails folded in. I thought I'll come back tomorrow to get it fixed. As the night went on, each and every nail crumbled. They didn't set properly. So I called Cindy this morning and told her n I made an appt with her to get them fixed. I got to Deluxe Nails to find the girl that messed up my nails yesterday n she started arguing with me. The owner soon followed saying I cut them myself! Not only was she not going to give me my money back but she was going to charge me for a new set!!!! When I told her she lost not only my business but my 2 daughters and my mom's business as well. She said "that's ok" I left furious! They didn't even attempt to rectify my situation but pretty much called me a liar as well!!!!! Please don't try this place!!!!! I know I will never...

I have had Anthony as my tech from day 1, & EVERYTHING he has done for me has been truly quality, beautiful work: acrylic nail, French manis, regular manis, gel manis, & pedicures. It is very rare to find a salon with such quality & consistent work, & attention to detail. The only reason I took off one star is because Anthony's ability to comprehend & communicate in English is so extremely limited, it is almost impossible to communicate. He gets very frustrated & impatient when I try to communicate nuances or fine tune what I want from him. There is no personal communication or banter whatsoever. Also, many times he is really rushing because the salon gets busy, but even rushing, he does a better job than other salons that take their time. If his work were not top quality, I would go somewhere else, but it is worth dealing with the negatives. I have thought of switching to someone else in the salon with better communication skills, & may do so in the future, but for now, I will just...
