I did not go in today for a pedicure or a fingernail or toenail procedure. I went in for a waxing today. I get my hair done at Runway Hair Studio almost next door. They could not do my eyebrow and Chin waxing. They highly recommended Envy. My stylist told me Envy was highly recommended by their customers. At Envy, I got a young lady by the name of Ten. She was so sweet and very considerate. She did my waxing just beautifully and she was very personable. I've never had a facial waxing like this one ever. When you go for a waxing, they give you a facial massage. I don't quite like the Vaseline that they put on my face. However, the face massage felt so so good and her waxing was done with care. They even gave me a nice cold bottle of water before I left. The prices were higher than I expected. But that facial massage made up for it. Other places don't give you that facial massage. I will definitely be going back and I recommend others try this place. It was so handy being right next door to my Runway Hair...

AWFUL!! Stay away if you want to keep your nails! I went 2 weeks ago before leaving for Miami/Jamaica. The male owner “prepped” my nails to remove the dip. He drilled SO deep that my nail beds hurt. I had them done on Thursday, by Sunday they had all broken past the natural nail line. I can barely put them in water they hurt so much! I have been having my nails done for 30+ years and NEVER had an issue like this. The man was a borderline sociopath with the drill. I had dip and anyone who has it done, knows the gel top coat is gently drilled offf, then you need to soak them! I had 10 PERFECT nails when I walked in the door. Disgusting! They should have their license pulled. If I get any kind of infection from their gross negligence, they will be shut down! STAY AWAY! I never write reviews, but this was traumatic. Look at how broken they are! They were at least a 1/2 inch long when I went in and healthy! He completely...

This place was not up to any sanitary standards. The dremel attachments are not cleaned between customers or at all that I could see. They went in a mint tin canister with nail debris piles in it. The acrylic has bubbles in it. The acrylic was not evenly applied, super thin side and thicker on other side. They didn't dremel under the nail with the skinny tip to remove left over acrylic. No washing or rinsing before polish. He used the sand paper uber the tip and took off part to half the white tip I paid for. The nail file and buffer were filthy and he had no control and sanded into the skin on the side of my nail. I asked for my nails to be shorter and he didnt do anything. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND YOU...
