Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Albuquerque

When Carl's Jr first came to NM (about 15 yrs ago) they were all dirty, had terrible customer service, and expensive burgers that would make a Burger King ashamed. So many burger joints.. I wrote them off. In 2013 I got a job at a company, and there was CJR at, essentially, the end of the parking lot. I ended up trying it again. The place was clean, service was fast and pleasant, and the food was good and a great value if you got one of the various "$5 lunch" specials they always have. It ended up being one of my favorite places to eat lunch (as my beltline will attest). I don't work there anymore, but this Carl's Jr. is about 2 blocks from where I work now. So I eventually ended up there, despite my desire to cut down my mid-day calorie intake, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that this store met or exceeded any expectations set by my previous experience. It is immaculate (even the bathrooms are ALWAYS spotless), the staff is pleasant and professional (fast food is a high volume game during the lunch rush, if you want "friendly" make some friends). I've been there more than 10 times now and have never waited more than 30 secs to be waited on or 5 mins to get my food. The $5 lunch combos are good, but what's great for the same price is the Western Bacon Cheeseburger sans fries and drink. Suffice it all to say: I eat here a lot more than I intended to when I started this new job and that is down to the professionalism and speed of service, and the great and consistent quality...

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a sourdough burger with onion rings and a Coke. Got it Home which is a 10 minute drive. The onion rings were stone cold and obviously hours old, they were absolutely inedible. Bit into the burger, and the patty was clearly very old, cold, and nasty tasting. It was gross. I spent $14 on this meal so I tried to call the the store to see if something could be done. Every time I called, the phone rang 1 or 2!times but someone would pick it up and immediately hang up without even saying hello. I did this three times, and then they took the phone off the hook so each time I called back I just got a busy signal. Drove back to the store, the sign said they closed at 9:00 however I got there at 8:55. The front door was locked, and the bars were up on the drive-through window and nobody ever came when I honked the horn a couple of times. Drove around the front and saw a guy sweeping inside. I motioned for him to go to the door and he just flipped me off. I am done with Carl’s Jr. I will never go again. You have lost my business forever. I hope others read this and do the same. McDonald’s sucks, but not nearly as bad...

Horrible service the staff here are rude and not helpful. No matter if I'm buying or collecting the food I earned with my points they are Horrible to my husband and me. Usually I'm buying luch for my husband at this location but they are always claiming it doesn't go through which obviously I have receipts proving I purchased it. Today August 18 I collected my points which were over 1000 but the Spanish guy had to continue embarrassing my husband screaming he didn't have the order in store even though my husband had proof on his phone of the order and starting screaming it's not like you purchased it it was free. How the he'll 8s it free when I literally spend around 95 each purchase at there store when we order. This man and his employees need to get more training on how to treat your customers most of all your regulars. I will not be going back to this location so you all have lost a really...
