IHOP — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Usually this location is better than most other Ihop's, but I guess tonight wasn't a good night for them. It took a good ten minutes for our server(yanal) to come to our table, after he finally got there he got our drink order and bought them right away. While taking our order my husband asked him if he could get a pitcher of iced tea, the server told us that they didn't carry pitchers but would make sure he would refill our teas. Not once did he come back after taking our order, he didn't bring refills or even check on us at all. My husband hates when his drink is empty, it's one of those things he'll based a servers tip on. It pissed me off because this guy had three tables in the whole restaurant, and he was nowhere to be found. Our food finally arrived after about twenty minutes, then he finally filled our drinks. After bringing the food he once again didn't come back and check on us or fill our drinks, I ended up giving my drink to my husband because this guy was to busy sitting down on the other of the restaurant with his headphones in. He finally check on us after we were all finished eating and took our plates, after that it took another ten minutes for him to come back and bring the check. At this point we were the only people there and it still took ten minutes to get our check. To top this lovely evening off he charged us for our kids meals even though the kids eat free. When I asked about it, he didn't even know he had to ask a manager, and this guy was a crew trainer. He got $2.50 for his tip, which my husband thought was generous. We went to have lunch at this IHOP on Feb. 17th. We were seated and then our waitress came to take our drink order. My husband ordered coffee and I asked for a Coke or Pepsi the waitress said they had Pepsi. I told her my mother was in the restroom but she will most likely have water. The waitress had bright red hair, tattoos and facial piercings. Have nothing against that at all, just trying to identify who she was. She came back with two waters and coffee for my husband. My mother told her she would like a decaf coffee she said okay and she would be back. It took almost 15 minutes for her to come back for our order. We finally had to flag her down. When she came to the table she was instantly annoyed that we flagged her down. We placed our order and it took her another 10 minutes or so to come back. When she did come back she asked us if there was anything missing. I told her that we will forgo the Pepsi and the decaf coffee. She said very snottily “ I don’t remember you even asking for those and that’s not why I came back I didn’t know if you needed any hot sauce or anything!” Almost yelling at me. I reminded her that she reiterated that they had Pepsi. Then she proceeded to roll her eyes and was making nasty faces at us as she went to the cooks counter. Then she completely disappeared for a while. We will NOT be back period! This was completely unprofessional as we were very polite! This was the first time in our lives that we did not leave a tip. We usually tip very well 20$+. This waitress does not deserve this job period. Absolutely horrid behavior! We will never go back to this IHOP at all! We frequent quite often but...

I was sadly disappointed in my visit to this location. I have been to many IHOP in Arizona. When I arrived here there seemed to be very few people so we were seated quickly. Our server took our orders quickly. This is when things went south. Our party of 3 waited as more guests came in our wait continued. Our waiter seemed to disappear I could hear various orders being dropped in the kitchen. A good 30-40 minutes passed more people came in however our food still wasn't coming. I heard another waiter tell a different table near by "we cant do anything everyone has to wait " finally after a hour our server comes with our food. However my order of a Belgian waffle combo came without the waffle my other person ordered churro pancakes and was givin tres leche and my other person got the wrong cheese on her order. When asked where is my waffle I get told "it's coming soon" when. Asked "we orders churro pancakes not tres leche " there was a roll of the eyes when asked about the cheese the kitchen tried to say (as we could hear it) that it comes that way on the menu. Which it clearly did not. Once the waffle came our and the correct cheese order we still hadn't got the churro pancakes and the linberry jelly was missing from the other order when asked for the jelly we were giving packets of grape jelly. And finally the churro pancakes arrived. I would of been okay had I been told the kitchen was behind. However after a hour and a half. This is my first time ever going to IHOP where I didn't tip and I was sadly...
