Keva Juice — Restaurant in Albuquerque

The other day I went to Keva to sound like that way now that I 25 the service was excellent the workers were so :-( even in the condition they were working. I cannot stay inside to order my drink it was so hot I asked him if the air condition was working they answer they think so but their faces were all red you could tell they were not feeling good I felt so sorry for them. I asked again how can you work this way what’s the smile on their face they continue to serve me the servers were search S a good spirit of workers. But I will not go back until the air conditioner is fixed. I felt so bad and sorry for them the owner of this store needs to really work in it himself to see how it is to work in that type of heat close doors . I asked him if I could open both doors they said it was against policy I was surprised to find them working and that kind of condition if it was myself I would’ve been passed out from the heat I could not even stay inside to order my drinks. Girls there are rude and immature. We ordered and waited for it. The girl making our drinks didn't call it out. If she did, it wasn't loud enough. But either way, we didn't know our drinks were ready. The girl at the register was staring at us and when I caught her eye she let me know our order was up. I asked which drink was which. Because my boyfriend and I ordered completely different things. The girl didn't know and said she would ask. She jokingly ran to the back, asking in a mockingly silly voice which drink was which. The other girl who made our drink said "well they would have known if they heard me when I called it." Which was unnecessary. What if one of us had an allergy to something in one of the smoothies? If I could give this a 0 star I would. This place is DISGUSTING!!!! the restroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, I ordered a smoothie and a bowl and the manager who took my order was rude and not patient with me at all. the smoothie was watery and just overall gross. The manager who made my bowl scooped water out of where they put the ice cream scoops and put it in my bowl to soften the acai, after blending she proceeded to top my bowl without gloves!!!! I was in complete shock. If this is how the employees are trained this place is a major health code violation and needs to be inspected or shut down IMMEDIATELY! I will not be coming here again this place is a joke and so is the management do not waste your time...
