HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! BAD ATTITUDE!!!! I WISH I COULD PUT A NO STAR. I took my family there for my sons 27th birthday on 12/22/2022 and it started when our server Michelle L brought us two glasses of wine filled with soap. We gently asked if we could get a couple other glasses and this is when the evening took quite the turn. Michelle took 25 minutes to get us other drinks and then she sent another server with the incorrect drinks to our table. Michelle then disappeared and ignored us until my daughter tracked her down and asked if we could get some ice cream for my sons birthday event. Michelle with a very poor attitude sent another server to our table approximately 50 minutes later with some whip cream and a scoop of ice cream and dropped at the table. While we sat with the table littered in more than 10 dirty dishes and glasses in front of us we still tried to have a good time and just enjoy the moment and took the dirty dishes to one of the many empty tables close to us. I eventually walked to the bar in the building and attempted to order another round of drinks and was advised I would have to order through my server only. I told him I could not find Michelle and that she had ignored us all evening he said that I would have to open another tab or find Michelle!!!!!! I asked to speak with the manager "Ryan" and went back to our table and waited.. eventually Michelle walked up to our table with attitude and asked if we needed help and I advised her we had been looking for her for the entire evening and requested another server and also to speak with the manager Ryan a second time. Michelle stated " O well you only have 15 minutes left at your table" and stormed off. (I also must note the place was completely empty at 830 pm so there was no excuse for the poor service....) As we sat in dirty dished with no drinks (see attached photos) for the majority of the evening eventually a nice young man by the name of Eyob brought us our ticket which was over $200.00.. I have to honestly say at 51 yoa this was THE WORST service I had ever experienced in my adult life. Don't waste your time at this place there are better options!!!!! Also "Ryan the manager" never showed up so I believe I understand now where the poor service is...
Read moreWe stopped just to try it out and see what the place was all about. It advertises at the reception area only hourly rates, $60 ish range for Sunday afternoon when we went. I inquire if we can try for half an hour, just to see how horrible we are at it, they say no. They spend several minutes getting information from you, and then inform you that you pay afterwards.
You then go to your golfing area, where you can’t begin golfing until, again, you enter in the litany of more and more information, your email address so they can undoubtedly pound you with junk email (I entered in a bogus email), and then after a few minutes of learning the display and giving all your personal information just to hit a few golf balls, you finally get to try it.
Then a server comes around and we didn’t want anything, we just wanted to try golfing, but they make sure they bug you every few minutes so you can’t do that. Then about five minutes later they come and say, hey, just to let you know, you only have 15 minutes left. Yeah, you’re kidding, I spent ten minutes shooing you away. Then they inform you that they’ll be your checkout person, so unless you want to look like a scumbag and a cheapskate, you’re pretty much socially shamed into providing a small tip. Isn’t this everywhere now? It’s automated golf. A machine spits a ball out at you when you wave your club over it. I didn’t want food or drinks. Why am I placed in a tipping situation? There’s no instruction or swing tutorial videos anywhere.
Them for the last few minutes it doesn’t allow you to play anymore because you’re in the last ten percent of the time you actually paid to golf. So $40 went down the tube, we played about 15 minutes of actual golf, we’re pestered to death, made to give all our personal information (I received two text messages while there) and didn’t see a single picture showing how to hit a golf ball.
Just another mega company proving an experience to suck the contents of your wallet out and make you jump through the absolute most miserable hoops to do it. Wish I didn’t pay cash, I’d object to it on a credit card. If you want a better time, go wait in line at the MVD. It’s the same vibe, only...

My family and I usually come here once every 3 weeks, because it’s expensive! It is totally worth it though, because there is nothing like it in Albuquerque and it’s great family time! However, tonight the food was terrible. I am telling myself they hired some new cook who was still learning the menu! My complaint isn’t more so the food, it was the manager that came over after our sever confirmed our sliders looked burnt. One manger named Jakob Croft, came by and said he would have it sent back, then before not even 6 minutes later, the burnt sliders were reserved to me, and another lady whom claimed to be “leadership” said the reason they are that dark is because of the seasoning and for safety reasons had to be cooked to a certain temperature! CLEARLY I understand you have to cook chicken to a certain temp, but we just order the same dish 3 weeks ago, which looked and tasted completely different! I would have understood that the kitchen is busy, or we have a new chef, but to come and lie to our entire table like we’re morons is what made this entire experience unacceptable! Two pictures of the exact same dish and what our previous order from 3 weeks ago was. Top golf is not cheap, we spend about $300 every time we go! Managers need to have better training on what acceptable food is, and provide better customer service. What a disappointment!
On a positive note, golfing is always fun, and our server was really great, I felt bad she was the middle man and couldn’t help the kitchen’s mistakes and the one lady manager’s comments!
I never leave negative reviews (in my 4 years, never left a 1 star review) because I am all for supporting businesses locally but this was absolutely...
