Federidelfos Mexican Food — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I ordered a Country burrito two nights ago in the drive thru. The total should've been around $9 but ended up being closer to $14. I didn't notice right away. But before leaving, I asked the female employee why it was so expensive and pointed out that she rang up a Tejano burrito instead. She got very defensive and started yelling about it's the computer's fault. I said again she typed in the wrong order though. Then I ask when the manager or owner is available and she said they'll be there in the morning. So then I open the burrito expecting what I didn't order or something filled with meat (country is vegetarian) and low and behold, it's a country burrito. So these scumbags are very obviously just ringing up a more expensive item to charge more and steal from customers. I went back in the morning.. no manager or owner available, just another rude cashier. I then called a different location and spoke with an employee who was polite and said he'd leave my name and number for the owner. They never called. How surprising. I called again today to their two other locations and no one answered the phones at all. So now I will have to take a more formal approach to get my refund from these thieves...and, I got food poisoning. This place...

I come to this place all the time the vanilla churos are to die for but this evening me and my friend came in and we're treated with such disrespect. The cashier started being extremely rude to us because my friend had his service animal with us. There was another customer in the lobby that had walked out when we walked in and she started getting upset because she claimed the other customer had walked out because of the service animal my friend had accompanied him. Then she got upset because I only wanted to purchase one churro. She then said you ran off our other customer because of that dog for one churro like if I wasn't a paying customer so then me and my friend had said we would order five chorros because we felt obligated to spend more money in order for our service animal to be welcome.the whole experience was very unwelcoming and very disappointing. Idk if it's because the customer that we "ran off" a Hispanic and I look white or what but it just sucks my name's Enrique for Christ sake I'm also Hispanic just feel very...

This place is usually good, but I ordered the chicken nuggets meal for my kid and the nuggets were like pink and purple-ish on the inside they were also different textures through out the nugget, also the meat from the tacos was really over seasoned and it's usually isn't, that makes me nervous bc that is a common practice to cover up old meat, I tried to call to make them aware especially of the nuggets since that is a kids menu item but their number listed doesn't work, probably wont be...
