Subject: Concerns Regarding Customer Service and Employee Safety at McDonald's in Albuquerque on Candlelaria I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your McDonald's location in Albuquerque, specifically off Candlelaria. While visiting your drive-through, I observed a striking disparity in customer service skills between the drive-through girl and the manager on duty.
To begin, the drive-through girl demonstrated exemplary customer service skills, exhibiting professionalism and a genuine willingness to assist. However, I regret to inform you that the manager's conduct was quite the opposite. Not only was the manager consistently rude and disrespectful, but their actions during a concerning incident further raised doubts about their suitability for a leadership role.
During my visit, an individual with a questionable character drove by and proceeded to hurl obscenities at the employees while threatening to damage their personal property, specifically by slashing one of the employee's tires. In a disappointing turn of events, the manager, instead of addressing the situation and ensuring the safety of their staff, promptly abandoned their post at the window and placed the young lady back in a potentially vulnerable position.
It is disheartening to witness such a lack of responsibility and courage from a manager in the face of adversity. I firmly believe that the drive-through girl, who exhibited exceptional customer service skills, should be given the opportunity to lead and manage the restaurant. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were a shining light in an otherwise disappointing experience.
Moreover, I urge McDonald's to prioritize the safety of its employees, particularly in Albuquerque, where the city's violent crime rate demands heightened caution. It is crucial that measures are implemented to ensure the well-being and security of all staff members. By doing so, McDonald's can demonstrate its commitment to both the safety of its employees and the satisfaction of its customers.
I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to address these concerns. McDonald's has always been synonymous with quality service, and I believe that by addressing the issues raised, the Albuquerque off Candlelaria location can regain its reputation for excellence.
Thank you for your attention to...
Read moreI will never eat here or at any other McDonald's ever again. I frequently go to McDonald's around town to buy a chocolate milkshake because I have a serious problem with milkshakes. Yesterday evening I stopped at this McDonald's to get my chocolate milkshake, and from the 1st drink I immediately sensed something was wrong. A lot of The Times they're running low on chocolate or The ratio of chocolate to ice cream is off. So I figured it was just that, but I took 2 more sips and within 5 minutes immediately started to get a stomach ache, I was beginning to have a severe headache and had to literally rush home before I had bathroom incident in my vehicle. I'll spare the details, but needless to say, I was in bad shape. I had to take a trip to the hospital and they found that I had drank a certain amount of spoiled drink mix mixed with a chemical which is common in restaurant cleaning materials, which in order for me to have that kind of reaction it would have had to have been spoiled for over an extended amount of time and for chemicals to be present in my system the mix must have been poured into the machine where their was still chemical present. I immediately poured the shake out in anger and was so out of it by the time i got home that when the incident was over, i had a disgusting mess to clean up in my home. I didn't take a picture of the shake like I should have and don't want to start any rumors or spread lies for something like this. But it happened, and I will never go to any McDonald's ever again. How does something like this go unnoticed? I hope I'm not the only one that has said anything about this and to this certain establishment, I hope you fix the problem accordingly because something as little as a milkshake almost put me...
Read moreI usually don't expect much at McDonald's but this particular outlet really made my day. It's not over populated in the dining room but the drive thru sure gets busy.
I'm leaving this review because of such a pleasant overall experience. First off, the staff heading in to work in front of me held the door open for me and then the restroom was clean and didn't smell bad.
The kiosk I ordered at worked without a glitch and not long after I sat down to wait for my meal, no more than 10 minutes, my meal arrived. The staff bringing my meal greeted me by my name which made me feel good.
What surprised me most was the quality of what I ordered was fresh. The fries were freshly fried, the nuggets were juicy and crispy and my double fillet-o-fish was just as juicy and crispy as the nuggets with extra tartare sauce like I ordered. Everything was hot enough to the touch but not like it would give you third degree burns. Definitely not cold like a lot of other outlets.
If there was any fault, I'd say that the sweet tea was just a tad too sweet. I had filled most of my cup with unsweetened tea and then added half an inch of sweet tea and when I tasted it, it was way sweeter than I expected it to be. Not good for diabetics for sure but if you have diabetes, you have no business drinking even a dash of sweet tea!
Anyways, I'm making it a point to make this the only McDonald's I'll ever go to if I...
