Today around 1:30 I sat in the drive up lane for more then 15 minutes. I watch three cars leave during that time, two of which had already ordered. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with a medium Diet Coke and ranch dressing, a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with a medium root beer and sweet n sour sauce and 2 10 piece chicken nuggets with sweet n sour sauce. What we got was 2 10 piece chicken nugget meal that were cold and tasted old, 2 Dr. Peppers and a 20 piece chicken nuggets and 4 ranch dressings and 2 sweet n sour sauces. My co-workers didn't appreciate having to share their 20 piece nuggets with no sweet n sauce sauce. The person who ordered the Diet Coke is a diabetic, so he threw the drink out. The other Dr. Pepper was thrown out because she can't stand the taste of Dr. Pepper. The 20 chicken nuggets looked shriveled up and dried out. I tried one of the nuggets myself and it was very hard and tasted gross!!! The fries were cold, limp and tasteless. They were not salted salted at all. I paid more then $17 for these items and it was all thrown out.
I also saw one employees argue with a costumer. Hasn't anyone ever heard of the customer is always right. I know Mc Donald's has a structured training program. To bad none of the employees pay attention to their training. The management doesn't seem to have any management skills at all. The manager didn't do anything but watch the employee argue with the customer. This isn't the only time I have come here and gotten bad service or bad food. But it is the last time! The food you served us today was so bad, I wouldn't even feed to my dogs. If I was an employee or manager I would be embarrassed to say I worked here. And we're is the owner? A month ago, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a double fish filet sandwich, which I paid for, but was given a single fish filet instead. When I noticed the mistake at home, I called and spoke with Andy, who told me I could return for another sandwich, but it was too late in the evening. A couple of weeks ago, I went through the drive-thru again, and the fries were old and cold. Then, yesterday evening, I placed an order at the kiosk at 6:42 PM. While waiting, I noticed the floor was wet near the soda machines and mentioned it to a worker, suggesting they clean it up to prevent accidents. His response? “I don’t have a mop.” Meanwhile, I saw four coworkers gathered near the fry machine, simply chatting. I finally received my order at 7:10 PM and checked the contents—only to find that the chicken nuggets were missing. I addressed this with Natalie, who claimed I had not paid for them. When I showed her my receipt proving otherwise, she told me to “calm down.” I then requested to speak with a manager, but Natalie informed me the manager only spoke Spanish. I let her know I was fluent in Spanish, and eventually, the manager, Jennifer, came to speak with me. However, instead of addressing the situation, she simply said, “But I made you fresh fries.” This McDonald’s has the worst customer service—slow, careless, and consistently failing to get orders right. Unless you specifically request fresh fries, they are always cold. This location needs serious improvement.

Read moreI went to your McDonald's on 4th St. and Montano here in Albuquerque for my oatmeal and small decaf coffee. while I was waiting in line at the window the lady in front of me was handed a small coffee, she had it in her car for about a minute and then decided to hold it outside her window so the girl came to the window and I guess the lady told her that it was the wrong coffee. So she gave her another small coffee, and the lady left. I pulled up to the window and the girl stretched out her arm to hand me my coffee. So I asked her is that the same coffee that the lady gave back to you? She didn't say anything, she took the coffee back with a frown on her face and gave me a new one. I told her to up the size the coffee to a medium to make sure that that small cup was not given back to me. I did see the guy pouring me a new cup. But I just can’t believe that you would have employees that would actually do that , she was going to give me the same cup that the lady had handed back to her. The lady probably took a swig of the coffee and found out that it was wrong coffee and handed it back to her. That is so disgusting. I will be sharing this with the BBB.
