It's almost Sonic food, but with the caveat of a surprise in every order in the form of missing items, 30 minute delays, not having items in stock, and bad customer service. I've been meaning to leave this review for this location as a warning to anyone used to normal Sonic service, menu, reliability, or quality (it's not outstanding but still always pretty good) which I used to think was pretty universal. Very much not the case here.
A few notable examples:
Car hop brought out the wrong drinks without lids or straws. When asked for the right drinks and lids and straws, the car hop told me "you'll live", and walked away. I understand running low on something, but handling it that way isn't necessary.
Missing or wrong items about every other time.
Always missing the Sonic mints which isn't a huge deal, but the when every other location includes them, it just feels like they're going out of their way to express disdain.
Online orders are usually about 20-25 minutes from time of order, but in 1 case, they just ignored it for almost 20 minutes before telling me they were about to close the grill and didn't want to make the food and if they waited, they could just cancel my order. In another instance, they forgot my order all together even after pushing the button twice. 30 minute delay. Normally I'd just leave but it was for my pregnant wife. Got home and they still screwed it up and I had to go to the Sonic on Coors.
Today (and many other times), got there, checked in, waited 15 minutes, and a car hop came out to tell me their ice cream machine wasn't working and they couldn't make the Blasts I ordered. I figured it was just another issue of this location being terrible, but then while backing out to leave, I saw the same car hop carrying two ice cream cones to another car. Maybe they used the last tiny bits of ice cream for those cones for some very deserving kids. But given their track record, they were more likely we're going to dump the cones out in front of the children who spent their last pennies on those cones. I went to the Sonic on Coors, and they are generally more reliable.
This comment is generally for Sonic corporate, not this location specifically. Get your app together. Can't even see prices, and can't see availability of any item for any location.
TLDR; This Sonic doesn't pay/treat their people enough to care, or specifically creates a culture of being terrible, so just go to the nearest...

There was nothing wrong with the intercom it was the employees that did not know how to listen or they did not know how to operate their ordering system they repeatedly repeat my order three times and then four more times at the window thinking that she got it right my order cost $39 as I handed her $50 she told me she cannot take my $50 I asked her why she said that she cannot take anything over $20 so I told her my order is $40 and you don't have change for $10 bill and she ask another employee if she was allowed to take $50 I asked her if I could speak to her manager and she claimed she's the store manager so I asked her who did she just asked about my $50 and she said another worker so I asked her why would you ask a co-worker if you're the store manager she said she just wanted to make sure so I asked her if I could have someone else help me besides her knowing she seems distressed and confused so a gentleman named Robert came to the window ask me what the problem was I told him Taylor seems overwhelmed stressed out....because of my order that she had to repeat so he hands me the drinks he hands me my order after himself repeatedly repeating my order twice as I came home I ended up with two extra burgers that were not mine the order that I originally placed my burgers were missing tomatoes and pickles on one of them did not order a double on the special order my French fries were in a ball of Grease french fries were not fresh my onion rings where's smashed together not fresh at all my drinks I asked for a route 44 lemonade slush give me a route 44 carbon no lemonade I asked for a medium Dr pepper was pretty much watery with no ice I asked for a medium lemonade gave me a medium slush I ordered chicken tenders but the chicken were very hard seemed like they were overcooked was very hard to eat never again will I order from this location not only that Taylor was laughing with other employees about the whole situation either retrain the staff or higher real management sad how they treat...
   Read moreWell, I actually hate spending the regular price for drinks, but I do go for Happy Hour and I'll go for the half price drinks often. I know that the Pandemic has really affected every aspect of the food service industry and to expect service and products to be the way they were pre-pandemic is not realistic. Basically, I have yet to get any order the way I ordered it and not wrong in the sense of putting onions on this burger and not on that burger, but wrong as the drinks not being the ordered flavor or size and food not even being the right item. These food giants should really take more time training their people and modifying their techniques to progress post-pandemic. I know they are probably doing this, but I think that is their corporate office were to advertise how these new trainings and techniques are going to make the customer have a great experience now, that a lot more people would be going there just to even check it out and see what it's about. All in all I've eaten Sonic most of my life. It'd be a pretty cold day in hell for me not to go to Sonic and get something to drink or to eat. I write these reviews to hopefully change things in a manner that I think is going to benefit the business I'm writing about. Sonic is a place today do enjoy going to and I have not been too happy with the way things are there as of lately. Hopefully someone there in the corporate office and be scrolling through one of these things take note of this and say hey this guy might have an idea here let's do that see if we sell two more cheeseburgers today. I'll continue going to Sonic and hopefully they'll work at getting...
