First time trying food here. Small dining area had boxes in the walkway. Customer service was good, I asked questions and the counter person was able to offer a few suggestions. I ended up ordering the Chicken Karaage appetizer that stated on the menu that it was spicy. It was basically not well cooked bland chicken pieces and served with a tiny container of some type of horseradish sauce where the spiciness resides? I also ordered their Miso, and the broth was a little too bland for my taste. Finally for the main dish I ordered the "Love me crunchy tuna" bowl and it was actually very well made and tasted good. Certainly the star of the show. It included good Spicy tuna, (good portion as well) jalapeños, avocado, cucumber and seaweed salad. The rice was perfect. The crunchy pieces and the sauce were very good. I'd like to give them another try to test out the Ramen. For now it is about 3.5 stars for me. Prices not cheap. $16 for...

The volcano tonkotsu ramen was rich, creamy, and flavorful. Although it isn’t the most authentic ramen it’s the closest that I’ve had in ABQ thus far. The chili oil in the volcano version makes it taste more Chinese but it does add good flavor and spice. However, the noodles were overcooked and the toppings were mid. Portions were great though and pricing is reasonable.

I also ordered the 10 piece sashimi combo just to see if their seafood ingredient were good, they were not. All of the sashimi except the salmon tasted like it had been conventionally frozen and defrosted. They were also fishy which indicated that they are not that fresh. Salmon was fine though, still not the best I’ve had. Ig these ingredients are meant to be drenched in sauce in...

From my fist bite my taste buts were confused with the WHAT, WOW AND DAAAMMMM! This place is the BOMB! This NM SUSHI BURRITO WAS , I can't explain how delicious this was. I was supremely surprised by the mixed thoughts of the yummyness. The sweet green tea topped it off. Wow,,,,as for the Ramen bowl, as expected it was in the right place right time. I had the TONKATSU . Full attention from the cook was taken. This is our new spot for sushi and ramen bowls. I will be back to try everything on this menu (less vegetarian stuff) Now as for the staff? We were seated immediately and immediately greeted. Our order took about 8 minutes to hit the table. We never ran out of teas or water. Definitely caring about our experience and it was a...
