Starbucks — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Pulled into the drive thru a bit before 6 am on Sunday the 18th. The store employees had been running late to open the store. Posted open time is 5... these things happen. Being late is not the issue, the way it was handled is. No one came on the intercom of the drive through and let us know they were late or anything. After 10 minutes we pulled up to the window. There were 3 people inside working and the all looked at us and then continued to ignore us. After much effort we got a guy to look at us and through the window mouthed "we are not open". Duh really? After the drive through line got much longer and people were lined up at the door a guy finally opens the window and says look we are not goig to be open for another 15 minutes.

I have neve been treared so badly at any store anywhere in the country. Dont go here... there is a better one.... bearly.... across...

This morning as I was taking my daughter to school, I ordered my daughter's drink with coconut milk and without whipped cream due to her being lactose intolerant. They handed me the coffee with whipped cream. I gave them the coffee back and explained I ordered it without whip because my daughter is lactose intolerant. They took the drink back, scraped off most of the whipped cream and covered the rest with chocolate syrup. I drove away thinking they had remade it but then saw there was still whipped cream covered in chocolate and we had to throw it away. What a waste of time and money. Coming from someone who has extreme food allergies, the morning crew needs training on food allergies, cross contamination, etc. They are either lazy or can't...

My oh my, what wonderful service. Kindness. Thoughtfulness. So very impressed with the level of Hospitality shown by these wonderful employees. Dorothy goes the Extra Mile, always. She feeds and cares for her clients. These patrons are very blessed to have such service. She offers everything she possibly can. Remembers their names. Gives complete respect and compassion at her Starbucks. Who would have thunk it in this day and age. Consideration exemplified. Thank you for helping remember there are indeed good people in this...
